This is more like residence apartment. It's located just across the street of the beach. It's like 5-10 minutes walk to the street where all the restaurants are located. It's quiet, very spacious, has the stove and washing machine/dryer. The staffs are very helpful. They provide the detergent and international adapter when we asked for. We checked out early and they kept the luggages for us. They called Taxi for us also with very reasonable price. Small sedan Taxi is about 20K-25K KRW and Big Taxi ( 7 passengers) costs only 40KRW.

great place to stay on business or pleasure. All you need without all the other things that you don't really need. Good location for business, eating out or walking to the beach. Plenty of parking, kitchen facilities enough to cook in room for an extended stay and washing machine for your laundry.

Great gym, great room!”
I selected this hotel based of its gym, which is excellent for a hotel. It has a squat rack and a great range of dumb bells. There are also treadmills and a few machines, and even some more unique options. Beyond that, though, I was thrilled with the quality of my room. It's spacious, with ample room for me to setup and work during the day. There's a little kitchen and even a washing machine! I feel as if I could stay here long term without issue. The only "meh" aspects is that some of its details are a little aged. You know, a little chip there, a little wear and tear there. That doesn't bother me. I'm here for a good night's sleep (which I get! so quiet, far enough from the party area that I don't hear a peep), walking distance from the beach and restaurants, and the gym. There's even a G25 on the first floor. So, I'd definitely come back.

Close to the beach and about 15 minutes walk to metro stations. It's part of two blocks of serviced studios that's shared between various hotel management companies, which is why you may see different establishments in the same location. Modern, functional studios, good gym.

Real close to the beach!”
Buddy and I stayed here on a quick trip overnight trip. It was cheap, clean, and safe. There wasn't alot of space in the room, but it worked for us. Would definitely recommend for someone traveling to Busan who plans to be out and about.

Nice place close to the beach”
On a business trip and was bumped up to a suite and so the room was very large, with a kitchenette and separate living room. The staff seemed overwhelmed but not due to their own fault - many conferences in town and so many people stayed at this hotel. Bottom line - would I stay here again? Yes, but maybe for vacation next time since the beach is so near.

This hotel was close to the beach if that's what you are looking for., no ocean view though. There was ample parking space when I went on a weekday, however, I will bet a difference if it was the weekend. Overall not a bad place for the price.

I stayed at double room, and my brothers stayed at twin bed room. Those rooms are pretty good. If someone looks for a good stay for 2-3 days in a row, I recommand this hotel.

Poor Communication”
Good hotel, nice little gym, close to the beach and good bars but a nightmare to get to from the airport if you don't know Busan and the hotel didn't answer my 2 emails about how to get to them from the airport, which meant I spent 30,000KRW on a taxi instead of just 1600KRW on the subway. Smarten up on the communication please.

Worst customer service (manager)”
Washer broke and soapy water flooded and damaged my laptop. Hotel reporter to insurance and insurance paid for partial repair cost (due to depreciation). Hotel did not apologized nor offer to compensate for unpaid remaining repair cost. Front staff were nice but one of the manager I spoke had no sense of customer service and he said simply to deal with insurance company since they purchased insurance. And they are not liable for further. Very bad attitude and not acceptable. I couldn't use my laptop for three weeks and I had to pay for the remaining repair cost.

Clean, great location”
Nice room with peek a boo beach view, can hear the waves in the evening. It seems to also be a residence mixed with several hotel chains but was fine. The gym was a good size, decently equipped. Convenience store downstairs, close walk to the Blue line trail, beach, buses, restaurants. Recommended if staying a few nights in Hauendae Beach.
