Great layover near the airport”
We stayed a night at PN Home Service as a layover, and it was clean, spacious and in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Beautiful Residence”
We enjoyed our 3 night stay tremendously. This is a new hotel/residence and it shows. The facilities are new and fresh. The bed, duvet and pillows were divine. Our room had a large bathroom with great water pressure along with a separate living area with couch/fridge. Small patio. The staff were incredibly attentive and gracious. The neighborhood was lovely, in the suburbs of Bangkok amongst the locals. Little corner store 2 min walk. Markets and food 10-15 minute walk. Would absolutely recommend this residence. One of the best we have stayed in throughout our 2 months in Bangkok. Look forward to our next visit!

Exceptional”
Perfect for me as I had some business at Lat Krabang industrial estate and it was a great way to avoid the morning and evening traffic jams from the city. Not really suitable for tourists but good for a reasonably priced and quiet overnight stay close to the airport. As everyone else mentions the staff are really fantastic and will get a taxi for you but I used Grap for transport and saved them the trouble. You could book a grab for early/late night flights.

Worth the price and clean room near by Lad Krabang Industrial Estate”
The place is quite simple and minimal. You have parking lot and other facility service such as laundry. I was staying over 6 nights and did not have any problems. You have a small kitchen and living area separated with bedroom and washroom and one AC for each room. The only two things that might be nice if they can improve is the warm shower and the fridge. The shower is warm but not steady. The fridge is power off everytime I leave to room so I cannot store anything and it take a while to cool down the fridge when I want a nice cold water after coming back from work. The place is located far away from the main road so it is better if you have a car but they can help bring you out to the main street with motorbike if you ask them.

Reasonable price, silent & relaxing. 15-20 minutes walk to Starbucks coffee, bar, 7-11 & restaurants. Located in villa. Nice staff. Delivery foods are available. Recommended for those who want to stay near to the airport & pay less hotel fee.

Clean and Spacious”
Clean, spacious room suite, with in room coffee maker and bottled water. A little bit of a drive from the airport, and tucked well back from main rd., and thus hard for our taxi to find, but peaceful once you find it. Staff were helpful in driving us out to the main road on departing, and trying to hail a cab for us to take us into town.

Room is brand new. Suit for person who has own car coz the shopping mall is pretty far for walking anyway they have thai food service til 8pm. Very impressive recommend!!

Lovely comfortable rooms - friendly staff”
This is a very nice place - rooms are actually small apartments. Its not far from the airport but it's a bit isolated with a 5-10 minute walk in a residential complex to get to a good selection of bars & restaurants and the 7-11. Staff ver friendly and did a good value transfer to DMK for 500thb.

Excellent”
My girlfriend and I stayed here and really enjoyed it. The building is brand new so everything is in perfect working order. The rooms are very large and they even have a living room with a fridge and a microwave. The aircon worked really well and there was two in our room. The staff was really friendly and they also gave us a free ride to the grocery store and waited for us while we went shopping. All in all our stay here was really nice and we plan on staying here again.

Really far from the airport”
For the price, everything is great. But i booked the hotel specifically because i flew in at night and had an early meeting in the morning. It didn't help that the taxi driver could not find the location of the place as well.

English Couple overnight stop before Departure Home”
The accommodation is fine enough for an overnight stop, it is clean with good air conditioning and wifi. There are a few bars with live Thai music at the end of the street and a 7 eleven shop. Not much else going on here. The English of the staff was limited but they were friendly enough. Beware incurring additional fees/charges for Tax or Airport Transfers as these are not made obvious or evident from the show price on the Agoda screen - check final pay confirmation very carefully.

"Near to/easy to go to airport"”
Staff are friendly & very supportive. 15 min. walk to a night/fresh market, 7-11 & starbucks coffee but staff can drive you half-way to these places. Very quiet place & clean. Around 400 meter away from the main road & it is located in villa. No restaurants around the hotel but can find a small store there to get drinks & snacks. No elevator but rerigerator, plates, spoon & microwave are provided. You can also get cold beer, snacks, milk can & soft drinks at the counter.

A bit out of the way from the city, but a nice quiet place. Great to recovering and acclimating, especially for travelers. Very nice staff and service. Free use of motor bikes.

I arrived at 4:00am. In the morning. The desk was actually closed but there was a phone number to call. They answered immediately, came out to meet me and took care of my reservation with a big Thai smile. When I left later at around 11:30, they arranged for a taxi to get me to where I needed to be. Once again service with a smile. The only downside to this otherwise well maintained facility was the somewhat obscure location. Good value for the money.

The room is big, well-equipped, clean but needs to be "make-up" everyday pls. The staffs are nice. Price is also good. But it's very far from center (2h by car) and not all people know this place.

We arrived airport late. So this is a good place to just check in and sleep. The unit is spanking clean. With all necessary things - towel, hot water, coffee, microwave oven, tv.... big room.
