Alles, alles hat perfekt geklappt. Die Wohnung war perfekt, der Besitzer sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit! Pescia Romana ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Umgebung, und ein angenehmer ruhiger Ort zum Verweilen.

Außergewöhnlich”

Wir können diese Unterkunft für Familien sehr empfehlen. Der Besitzer war sehr sympathisch und man hat sich wirklich fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Auto kann man direkt auf dem Grundstück abstellen. In dieser Unterkunft war alles vorhanden ,was man für eine Sellbstverpflegung braucht. Es gab eine Katze Namens Leone die uns morgens und Abends begrüßt hat, sehr schön für die Kinder. Etwas abgeschieden, aber so hatte man auch seine Ruhe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und man braucht etwa 1,5h bis nach Rom.
Wir können im großen und ganzen nichts negatives finden. Es war alles perfekt für uns.

Die Unterkunft hat eine ruhige Lage. Mit dem Auto kommt man in fünf Minuten an wunderschöne Strände. Die Katze ist wundervoll.
Der Lack der Stühle draußen hat geklebt und sich auf Haut und Klamotten festgesetzt.

Mario hat schon vor unserem Aufenthalt mit mir Kontakt aufgenommen, wir konnten bequem anreisen, alles war bereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber und der Garten wunderschön gepflegt, die Lage toll. Mario konnte uns jede Frage beantworten und war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Der eigene kleine abgetrennte Gartenanteil mit Liegestùhlen lädt zum Entspannen ein. Man kann alle Mahlzeiten auf der ùberdachten Terrasse einnehmen. Die Position in der Nähe der Autobahn ist gùnstig für Ausflüge. Der Vermieter, der zwar nur Italienisch spricht, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als das warme Wasser nicht funktionierte, hat er es am gleichen Tag repariert. Er gibt Tipps für so Ausflùge.
Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abseits vom Ort Pescia Romana. Zum Einkaufen, zum Strand etc. benötigt man immer das Auto. Es ist auf beiden Seiten an andere Ferienhæuser angebaut. Wenn diese von anderen Gæsten belegt sind, hõrt man diese auf der Terrasse sprechen, Zigaretten-Rauch zieht herüber. Glùcklicherweise waren die beiden Nachbarwohnungen wæhrend unseres Aufenthaltes im Oktober nur wenige Tage belegt. Die Wohnung ist -bedingt durch in das Vordach- relativ dunkel.

Incantevole”

Location incantevole, tutto molto curato, giardino fenomenale! Le siepi garantiscono un po' di privacy in più agli ospiti sistemati nei diversi alloggi adiacenti. Letto comodo, bagno e cucina funzionali. Il nostro è stato purtroppo un soggiorno molto breve (2 notti) ma suppongo che questa soluzione si presti bene alle esigenze anche di chi pianifica un soggiorno più lungo. Host ospitale e cordiale 10/10
Per raggiungere la struttura è necessario percorrere un tratto di strada stretta e un po' dissestata, ma ne vale la pena!
