My engagement ring was stolen from my room
My engagement ring was stolen from my room. It was inside a small jewellery box, which was in my necessaire. I left it in the toilet in the morning and spent the whole day out. When I came back to the room just to take a shower and go out again I noticed the necessaire wasn't the way I left. The first thing I checked was my jewellery box and to my surprise, my ring wasn't there anymore. The only person who had access to the room was the person who came to change the towels. I reported the missing object as soon as I realised it was gone. They were attentive and helpful at first, but in the end, nothing was done. My ring was never recovered and I wasted my Saturday night because of this issue. It was a terrible experience, I never thought I would have to deal with something like this. They have done nothing. Here is the last email they sent me about the issue: "The housekeeping manager carried out the investigation, using the company’s internal procedures. Their finding is that they are confident that there is no evidence that a ring was taken by the maid from your room. We have safes installed in all our rooms, to allow for all guests to store their valuables. Following our phone conversation with you earlier today, upon your comment on filing a police report about the lost item, we checked the Metropolitan Police website, the “Lost property section”, please see the below links, advising about lost property. https://www.met.police.uk/report/lost-or-found-property/ https://www.met.police.uk/report/lost-or-found-property/lost-property-private-property/?stepid=1-1-2 I hope this is helpful. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further queries." I didn't lose my ring, it was stolen. The minimum they should've done was to reverse the payment for the days I stayed there for all the stress I went through, for my loss and for the time I wasted because of this.

Basic Hotel
To be fair hotel cleanliness is really good, location is good walking distance to all the point of interest in London but also close to tube station (2 min walk). However, the hotel room is really small. First night we are getting the room with double bed, the room is small not even a space to put our luggage. Second night is better we get a room with 2 single bed (upon request). The room is a little larger but able to accommodate traveler with luggage. You really get what you pay for this hotel.

Good Location, Small but a little Pricey
5 minutes walk from Waterloo station and down the road from Lamberth North, location was good with cafes and shops all around. Southbank is only 10 minutes walk away. Staff were excellent really friendly and helpful. Room is small and basic, but nicely decorated and clean. For the price I would expect a bigger room with facilities like tea/coffee making, clothes storage (there is none), lobby area/ business centre hence the lower rating for value for money.

Rooms are great for solo travelers... very modern finishes in the room, great location. Room will not be ideal for big luggage and for 2 people

Compact but comfortable and very clean!!
The only downside was the size. The room was very small so not ideal if you’re planning a long stay in London. My partner and I stayed there for one night because we went to London to see one of our favourite heavy metal bands. So for this purpose the hotel room was perfect. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also the windows are well sound proofed as I could not hear the busy London traffic outside apart from the occasional emergency service siren. One thing to note though is the quirky room lighting as you could adjust the colour of the lights to suit your mood which was interesting. Overall this hotel is really good and I’d highly recommend if you’re planning a one to two nights stay in London.

Clean and functional
I stayed only for one night but it was very comfortable. My room has a double bed with crisp white sheets and big tv. The bathroom is new and very clean, has large towels and strong water. The room is very small, as expected. I will stay here again.

Very good
All of the staff are gorgeous. Just 1 male staff member that i feel is disrespectful to his work colleges and extremely rude. We witnessed this on our arrival late thursday night. We had a young man open the door for us Ahem . I think is his name. He is polite courteous and very helpful . The spanish guy is rude and disrespectful .

Exceptional
The staff was very friendly and welcoming and always happy to meet our needs if possible. The only item not provided was a face wash cloth which we did not anticipate not being available. We would highly recommend this hotel!
