Great staff, Great price”
The Point Boutique hotel, Phnom Penh was perfect. The staff were the friendliest we have met on our trip around Asia. The hotel was not expensive but had everything you need. You could get a better location for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel for anybody wanted to stay in Phnom Penh.

Great location best beds in Phnom Penh”
I have stayed in many 2/3/4 star hotels in Phnom Penh. This one is the best to date. If you are a single guy or a couple this is as good as it gets for location. (The river end of street 130). The rooms are small but have, air, safe, fridge, good tv, WiFi, coffee and bathroom soaps etc. The best of all are the fantastic beds, so soft, cosy and quiet. There is a rooftop bar and viewing area on the 14th floor where you can see the city and riverside. The hotel is guest friendly and the breakfast buffet was adequate although cold for some odd reason. On the minus no pool or parking but at around $30 for the basic room it's good value. They have larger rooms with a balcony if you ask.

Good location, good hotel.”
The best hotel I've stayed in, in Phnom Penh, so far. The room was a bit small, but comfortable. The bed was soft and super comfortable - very different than other hotels in the area and their rock-hard mattresses. The shower was good compared to other hotels too. Staff were polite and friendly. The location is great just steps away from the river and nightlife - too bad there wasn't any nightlife due to corona... overall it was a nice find during otherwise not so nice times. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Point Boutique Hotel Is Awesome ”
Nice Hotel Located at the best night life entertainment area with good view of Mekong river with a lot of Pub, Girls and Massage Centre. The Hotel located just a walking distance to all spotted area as it is center location for all entertainment activity, Tut-Tut charges is around 2-4 dollar 2 way up and down to National Museum and Center Market for souvenirs, wood carvings and gemstone jewelry. I will plan again on next trip to Phnom Penh and surely will stay at Point Boutique Hotel

Pro: Smack in the middle of the bar district. Con: Smack in the middle of the bar district.”
So the Bar district of Phnom Penh is close to everything: cheap beer, great restaraunts of every cuisine you can imagine, and a great view if the river.. Unfortunately it is also chock full of hookers. Maybe thats your thing. Maybe thats what your after in which case the Point is the hotel for you. But! Sometimes I like to dine without being hounded by a dozen children trying to sell me cheap plastic crap, while their pregnant (again) mom is just out of ear shot. They are ruthless, and when you don't buy, theyll attempt to steal the change the waitress has brought you, or just pick your pocket.. this is not the fault of the Point Hotel - this is the fault of the area that the Point is in. The Point itself, is a bit of a beacon of normalcy is a horrible place. The bed is comfy, the sheets are clean, the shower is tiny but nice, the room safe works. The room is very tiny, and occasionally the power goes out.. but a quick call to management resolves the issue quickly. (Typically its a breaker in your floor) The only questionable service i received at The Point, was after a night of drinking 50 cent tigers with a lovely Canadian couple I'd met .. I'd stumbled back to the hotel, and the night manager asked if I'd like a massage. I said no, maybe later (given the extraordinary amount of prostitute activity i thought i he was offering to send one up to my room) but it turns out, he was actually hitting on me as he uncomfortably squeezed my shoulder and then said that he worked following night too. Call me crazy, but I think its rather important that the staff of a hotel dont try to pork the guests.

My regular stopover”
I travel regularly to Phenom Penh for business and cannot fault this hotel for value and service. My recent trip they upgraded me to a larger room which was very welcome. The beds are a lot more comfortable than the other hotels I have stayed in. What I like most is the accomodating nature of staff. They really are friendly and easy going and booked me on a lovely sunset cruise. Lovely rooftop bar that serves excellent craft beer and plays great music. The breakfast buffet is fine for the money with selection of eggs and asian foods. Only downer I experience each visit is some grumpy expat early bird regulars at breakfast.

Great Hotel”
Have stayed here many times in the past. Great location near all the action. Excellent rooftop bar. Staff and management go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The best deal in Phnom Penh

Home away from home”
Wonderful great stay actually if staff are better trained and if able to speak English. Communication with reception was passable but the rest like F&B and house keeping was totally amiss. Coincided wth the maintenance of the beautiful swimming pool on the 13 th floor which was supposedly the important criteria attraction swimming in the sky with an overview of the city and the skyline of Phnom Penh. As this Bridge cLub is very new thus is also pardonable. I certainly look forward to stay there again in my next trip to enjoy all these good facilities and hopefully see improvement of their English communication skill.

Just brilliant”
Very nice place. The staff is very polite and helpful. I had a Junior Suite and the bed was very comfortable. Also the location is one of the best in Phnom Penh, easy to get everywhere. I certainly will stay there again. Looking forward to my next visit.

A comfortable stay hotel on the river side.”
I stayed king suite for 5 nights at September. Hight floor view is very good. The refrigerator and minibar slowly cool down. Breakfast has good taste, but few items. There are no soups in particular. If I visit Phnom Penh, I would like to stay again.

It's great”
Hotel is very good, they provide everything basic, very good shower, tv has good channels. Free breakfast. Location is great near the river side. I stayed 3 nights, my room wasn't that big but it was double bed and it's fine. Room has a locker too. If i'd go back to Phenom penh i'd stay in this hotel again. Thanks :)

great staff”
I had a deluxe king room. It was spacious there is plenty of room and it has a seating area. The aircon takes while to cool such a big room. The staff are friendly and speak good English. It was raining when I arrived an someone from reception greeted me at the tuk tuk with an umbrella and took my bags for me. The view from floor 10 where a friend stayed was really food I recommend getting a room near the top if you can. The view from my room on the 5th floor was ok. The hotel is ok with you having visitors There is a bar on the roof, it's small but does offer some great views of phnom Penh. I definitely DONT recommend taking the stairs in this hotel as they are narrow and poorly lit. I nearly fell down because I couldn't see the steps very well.

Not so bad, but there are something details to improve.”
I think this hotel was not bad. Considering the room fee, less than 800THB per night with breakfast, this hotel would be evaluated as good cost performance. This hotel is located near the river side and there are lots of bars around, but it was not so noisy in my room. There was no window in my room, but it was my choice and it cannot be helped by the structure of that building. The accommodation was good enough. But I felt there were something detail to be improved as below: 1. Paper should be put in the toilet beforehand, although staff prepared it promptly after i requested. 2. There is only one dust box in the room, which was for toilet. I couldn't find it in the bed room. 3. There were no hanging card at the room door, or something like that, for informing "Don't disturb / Please clean the room" to staff. if the issues above were improved, i think this hotel will be worth repeating my staying in Phnom Penh..

Nice compact hotel with great views”
Stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe Twin and was given high floor room facing the Sisowath Quay/Tonle Sap River. Room size is big and breakfast basic but adequate. Slim and tall building with rooftop bar on 12th floor offering unparalleled views of the Phnom Penh skyline and Mekong River! Location is fantastic being right next to Sisowath Quay. 130 street where hotel is situated leads straight to Central Market, a 10 min walk. Only grouse was the safe box in room 1001 can't lock due to out of battery.

New hotel with great staff, but needs a lot of improvement.”
This hotel is both good and bad in many ways. For the good, the staff is very friendly and helpful (a special thanks to Chai), location is very convenient (area is a bit seedy but this is PP), the rooms (I had the junior suite) are large and clean, bed is comfortable and I was upgraded (?) to a room with a very nice view after one night in a noisy room with a terrible view (beware of rooms 103 and 203). Nice view of the city on the 12th floor also. For the bad or requiring improvement, this construction quality is not very good and I couldn't help but think that this is one of those hotels that will be in poor condition within a year; there was a nearly constant sewage smell in the bathroom, there are huge gaps in the outside door leaving as much hot air in as the AC is able to cool (average temperature in the room was 26) and a lot of street noise, the advertised balcony was non-existent, the electricity for the fridge and desk area are not on a separate circuit so you can't charge anything and you may have a warm drink at best when you return, safe did not work but was given the key (and told there was no backup), breakfast is quite bad for a hotel in this price range (basically consisting of the typical bacon or baby sausage, eggs and disgusting white bread and bad jam breakfast you can get around the corner for 2$) and I only ate there 2 days out of 7 despite it being free. In the not really the hotel's fault but still annoying category there is a lot of construction noise in the daytime. Also, the street corner where the hotel is located is probably the worst one in riverside and basically a place for homeless people that smells very bad. It's not dangerous, but if you're the sensitive kind you may find it a bit difficult.

CHIC HOTEL WITH GREAT LOCATION!”
Good hotel with kind staff. Great location which is within walking distance to most of the excitment around. The breakfast is not bad. The best part is, the hotel offer you with the rooftop bar where you can sit back and relax enjoying the Phnom Penh scenery. Give a try!

Nice hotel in a central riverside location”
The room was very nicely appointed with TV, fridge and aircon, with a very small balcony (mostly for the aircon) looking out to the river. The staff were all very polite, helpful and friendly - great service! Cons- The bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell, perhaps as it had been raining quite heavily during our stay or insufficient airflow. The hotel would greatly benefit from a gym and pool. The breakfast was rather disappointing. Overall we had a nice stay at the Point Boutique Hotel.

Value for Money”
Excellent location. Lots of Restaurant, Cafe and Street Food within Hotel vicinity. Surrounding street is also one of Phnom Penh main entertainment area. Best is Hotel located in a quiet corner of one of the adjourning street.

Very good”
Probably not the best location for business travelers, but quite good value for money if you book one of the larger rooms. Wifi was quite sketchy in the larger rooms, but this issue can be common in Phnom Penh. Junior suite is quite spacious and the room comfortable.
