Very nice hotel, rude staff. ”
The rooms we very air conditioned, most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Rooms very big and we'll maintained absolutely loved our room. They didn't tell us there was a deposit. Was charged 194.00 for a deposit we didn't get back for a week after our stay. We drove four hours away and was told we can check in at noon. Check in and getting your room are not the same thing apparently. Had to wait 4 hours for our room to be ready and had three babies in 111 degree weather. Front desk lady was very rude and short with us. Main pool by hotel is good for littles but once you get over to the water park it's a big pool party full of adults drinking and smoking. Did not like that the baby pool was right next to a bunch of drunks with cigarettes. Would stay again because the room was worth not sure I would if the room wasn't that great. Also very good neighborhood safe location.

Good service, but old facility”
The service is good with water park, but entire facility is pretty old and room door lock looks loose and weak, bed is not very comfortable.

Property needs major upgrade. ”
The pools look rundown and dirty. The facility needs major upgrade. Not sure if its a family resort, older crowds at the pools. Rooms are nice but probably won't return.

Above average”
Room needs to be cleaned everyday. You don’t have to request house keeping to clean your room.

Disappointed”
The entire hotel could really use updates. The doors from the lobby to the room looked like old convenient store doors. The setup of the hotel looked like a motel and did not capitalize the views of the mountain. The room itself: low ceilings, dated, torn carpet, chipped paint, sloppy paint job and tile work, worn furniture and finishes. The photos of the hotel must be extremely old because it was deceptive. It did not show the property current condition. We won’t be staying here in the future.

Reservation paid in full- room given away”
This room was paid in full in advance months before. It was was a suite for my sisters wedding night. They over booked and when they showed up after a long day of we’d activities, they were informed that they were full. They routed them to a different hotel that was 20 minutes away.

Great Hotel and Great Location”
This is a nice hotel and I love this location. I used to live in Phoenix so maybe I'm a bit biased as I've lived in that area. I was given an upgrade because as it turns out they needed to have a room available for a person with disabilities and since I had none, I was given an upgrade. It was a nice room, however, a bit dated. But still no complaints.

Watch out for resort fees”
Great place to stay but be aware that even if it's not listed with the room rate, the resort fee applies to every stay.
