I'm not sure whether they changed the bedsheet and clean up the room every day since I could be smelled my massage oil on the bed every day and some dust existed at the same place from my first day of checking in till the day I went out.

    Value for money hotel”
Clean and comfortable room and bathroom, good buffet in the basement level
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is value for money given its clean, brightly-lit rooms and right smack at the gaming tables for a filled night of entertainment. The buffet at the basement level is surprisingly good for its price. A walk around to the other neighboring casino hotels will make a good nightcap.

    Great location for casinos”
right in the middle of all the casinos
If you want to visit the Poipet casinos, it would be hard to beat this place for location. If you are interested in good food or a nice looking room, go somewhere else. Pretty spartan room, and a lousy buffet. Cross the street for good food.

big casino type hotel geared towards Thai guests.”
    great buffet. secure.
Room was a bit small and claustraphobic with no window but if you're here to gamble then no big deal. I think I spent no more than 6 hours over 2 days in it! Facilities are good with a great buffet in basement, spa, security, good service,

    Tidy rooms but no window”
    Location to border
This hotel is good, clean and literally in-between both borders, no mans land, you do have to be back over the border by 8pm it is not what I had the impression based on the map. If you need to stay at the border it was a good option. More for gamblers in my opinion.

    realistic price, clean room
I stay at Saturday night. Overall are very happy however, pls be noted that normal room don't have windows but cleanliness. But it is not big issue due to most of visitors will spent time in Casino. Just walk around 3 mins from Thailand boundary. Underground floor have buffet 24 hrs with very low price as well. Food delicious are very good and better than my expectation.

    Fear and loathing in Poipet”
Good all-day all you can eat buffet
the hotel's raison d'etre is servicing its casino visitors and it is not really geared towards general tourists. however, for a night or two it provides a comfortable and secure place to stay for a reasonable price (something not to be sniffed at in poipet). as for the city itself, everything you've heard about poipet is true: the visa scams, the transport mafia, the shady opulence of the casinos amid the outside poverty, etc, etc.in short, everything that's wrong with cambodia's recent development rolled up into one place for all to experience.

    Good and reasonable price hotel”
    in the casino
the staff speaks thai well so it is convenient for thais to stay there. the hotel should have more variety of food. they have only buffet 24 hours but nothing else. however there is like an outdoor eating place in front of the hotel. best is to take a service shuttle to go and eat somewhere else.

Probably the worst place I visited in Cambodia”
The bed was pretty comfortable though
well first of all, we didn't know beforehand, but poipet is a pretty dangerous place. a murder in the last few months, multiple robbings, etc. we were hoping for a night of gambling, and the hotels casino really let us down. the casino right across the street is much better. i wouldn't recommend walking anywhere except across the street back and forth between the casinos. also, there is no 5 card poker at any of these hotels. we got hasseled to walk down the street for some kind of shopping, which i am glad that we turned down. this is a casino which is 99% visitors (which we don't mind, but the laughs and stares for being the only foreigners got a little old). the buffet restaurant says that it is open 24 hours, but most of the food was put away at 8pm when we went to eat... a big waste of money. all in all, i would stay away from this place (and this town)unless you are in desperate need of some gambling.

    good location and reasonable price”
    nice room
The hotel is good and the price is reasonable. There is a good cafe that has variety of food except they should give more options for eating. The baht buffet is not expensive yet I need more choice because if there are other eating options for less for a light meal will be better.

Supposed to be a 4 Star Hotel....”
    Nothing found
When you arrive with your own car, the proposed parking area might be ok when you are driving a 4x4 Pick-up car. It's located in a small road on the opposite side of the hotel. Totally dark and dirty. Invisible from the hotel. The room did not look like it did on the pictures provided on the web page. The room interior was rather old and smelled not very pleasant. The bed was only 1.80 m long, not nice when you are taller than that. No safe inside the room, nor is it possible to store your belongings in a hotel safe.
