"We didnt feel that we have booked hotel it was just like hostel wid separate rooms. We have carried our own luggage from parking to 2nd floor, no lift no help. There was no proper cleaning every day No breakfast provided. They just simply denied.We have spent almost 800-900Rps per day on breakfast. For 6days of stay it costs us almost 5000-5500rps extra. They didnt changed Bedsheets. No blankets provided. Only another bedsheet was handed over to us saying that we dont have blankets. Basic two water bottle expected from any hotel basic room service. But we have to go to water cooler for water. Room service no. 9 never responded. All over 1star service and extra cost of rps 5500/- I request agoda.Com to kindly check into it and refund the breakfast money. Thanks. "
