Excellent Customer Service”
Found out the bathtub was lacking the plug near midnight when we returned to the room. Child called the service line to request. Despite the late hour, the service staff attended to us in v short time, and looked around many rooms until he found suitable plug so we could fill the bathtub. Really went beyond out expectations to fulfill our late request. Thank you v much

The room is spacious, can fit more than 5 people in n family suite. Love the environment, far from the city havocs. Overall it's worth for your money. Got a large pool.

Quick check in process. Refundable deposit rm50. Swimming pools, gym, tennis courts and golf courses finally open for public. Room is spacious. So far all good EXCEPT there is no water heater :(

Very old property. The room is spacious but the feeling when you enter the room is so uncomfortable and scary. I need my refund please i didn't stay at that hotel at all. I changed hotel immediately.

The staff and the rooms were great. The greatest disappointment was the room-service. We've been to several Hotels and accommodations , this place has the worst room-service ever !! Ordering food was a hassle and the phone-line is forever busy. Throughout the 5 days stay, we only got thru the line just once !

An amazing place to distress, the manicured garden is just amazing and the Olympic size swimming pool is one of the best They just need to train the reception staff a bit more professional - it lacks the wow factor with the reception staff, but its a great place and the food is really good and affordable - great food for westerners

It's located beautifully, nice large rooms. Unfortunately it's not managed well from Housekeeping & guest relations stand point. If they can improved the cleanliness and staff to focus on customer this will be a great place.

1. Room is old and full of dust 2. Phone system is not working and unable to contact front line and security 3. No quality control over the customers. Made room 7 made noise till morning 3am but still no security team come forward to monitor 4. No lift 5. Parking is too far 6. No customer service for a resort which is like a one or two star resort

When we first check in need to wait 1 hour for them to turn on the water supply. Air con not cold but luckily fan working, maybe that is the intention.
