    The real condition is different from the pictures shown”

    The real condition of this hotel is bad. I booked the family deluxe room. In the pictures it looks clean and organized. When we arrived the room was dirty, there was a cockroach, the roof was leaking (there was water everywhere on the floor), they couldn’t provide more floor mat, unpleasant smell of the room, the bathroom was also very dirty and smelly. The bedsheets, blankets, and pillows were also dirty and there were so much stains. We moved to another hotel after an hour stay there because the condition just got worse and worse and we couldn’t rest at all. My money went to waste for a very bad one hour experience.

    Review padahal bagus2. Tapi bener2 ga proper banget. Dikasih kamar paling pojok, katanya sudah diprepare semua. Ternyata semua masih berdebu, bau ga pernah dipakai, kmar mandi nya jg jorok, lupa buat foto. Mau ganti kamar eh sudah full semua katanya. Harusnya sy checkin jam 2 siang, tapi sy baru checkin jm 7 pagi esoknya. Apa iya ga bisa dicek dlu tu kamar. Sedih banget
