Had a great time!”
We loved our stay at Pondok Santi. We had a cute bungalow with the essentials to make coffee, glasses to drink wine and a large jug of water to refill our bottles. We liked the effort towards sustainability with no single use plastic for things like the toiletries. We enjoyed hanging on the private patio area. They provided daily breakfast on the beach and we even saw turtles pop up every once in a while! They were able to provide me with a vegan breakfast (avo toast/jam toast) and coconut milk coffee, fresh fruit and fresh fruit juices. They did provide bikes which are a must on Gili T, but only a small amount were the free ones or else you had to rent one for a few bucks per day. As long as you rent a bike I thought it was in a good location. Can quickly ride around to the main spots. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the harbour though since we did not want to use the horse carts. The staff were all very nice as well!! Would def stay here again.

Amazing place, highly recommended spent 7 days here and loved the relaxation of the resort. The best resort on the Island with vast space and comfort. Room airy and great air conditioning, outdoor shower and pool also great, very clean and nice mini bar. Only negatives: Would be nice to provide surf shoes for guests at the beach to avoid the coral, also prefer if beach beds aren’t sold to outside guests for minimum spend, so always beds available for high paying hotel Either way - we LOVED our stay and can’t wait to come back one day soon.

the best hotel in Gili Trawangan. nice garden, lotsI of coconut trees. have a beautiful beach club. the best service, you are like the most important person on the island. and the staff, Yuda. I think the hotel should give him the best employee award. Yuda handle me perfect from the first day to the last day at the hotel. Cheap hotel. Good atmosphere. Nice bedroom and beautiful open air bathroom. Good breakfast and good for iwik iwik ambyar 😂

Absolute Bliss”
This hotel was just perfect! From the cute hut we stayed in (especially the rainforest outdoor bathroom) the friendly and helpful staff, the location (close to the bars but far enough away) and close to the sunset beach. It also felt very spacious and exclusive without paying the price. We also went on the boat trip on the hotels boat, we were the only ones booked on so basically had a private trip. I also loved that you had free mineral water in your room so you didn’t have to keep buying plastic bottles. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay so enjoyable, we will hopefully be back soon.

Perfect location and relaxing set up. Bungalows are presented very well with amazing outdoor bathroom. Everything was better then I could have expected. Gili T is not the same thing without this Hotel”
The rooms are romantic, the outside wc of the Room is beatiful, the pool is amazing. And Hery the hoster made our trip even Better with great Tips and excursions, the excursion to the 3 Islands isnt cheap but worths every penny. I will come Back.

I liked everything. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good but I recommend to bring your own hair dryer. The wind was coming out, and it felt like someone is breathing to my hair. it takes forever to dry your hair.. There's a shower outside. It's beautiful.

Amazing rooms, staff and location. ”
Wow, can’t say enough! The staff were so sweet, personable and very accommodating. I had never been to the Gilli Islands and did not know what to expect nor where to stay. My husband had been before but it had been years and was not sure either. This was the best location on the island! Everything is within walking or biking distance. We were not right in the heart of the bar scene but a few minute walk to it. The sunsets were gorgeous and everyday we took the hotel bikes to bike around the island and grab drinks at various beach bars and watch the sunset. I highly recommend this place. Again, from searching online I was not 100% confident in the location nor the hotel but cannot say enough about this place. We can’t wait to go back and are looking to book as soon as Covid goes away.

Best luxury hotel in Gili Trawangan”
Stayed at Pondok Santi for 5 days and really loved it. The facilities are great, the location is perfect, with a lovely beachfront. Beautiful room with a great outdoor bathroom, everything was super clean. Free bike to use around the island. Will stay at Pondok Santi if I come back to Gili T!

Perfect room perfect resort with perfect location and beach. Surprising me they put whole tank of drinking water for us in the room. Its very helpful. But the management need to update for the mosquitoes treatment for all the rooms or area in resort. Especially when evening come, all the customers were crowded by the mosquitoes at the pool. We ran back to our room and call for mosquitoes burn. Unfortunately we wait for one hour for the room service. Too many mosquitoes that it's will spoil yr evening and night sleep. Although they prepare a mosquitoes net on the bed but there was no other net for kid. My child whole body got mosquitoes bite in that night. Another one is the provided bicycle: Because of gili t must need bicycle to go around, the hotel should need to prepare more standard bicycle as a four star hotel. Unfortunately all the bicycle is less maintaince, But we will certainly go back to stay in this hotel again with more mosquitoes killer. lol. Good work. Keep it on.
