Good located - bus stations and the train station not far. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are air-conditioned. There's a fridge available. Market's are very close by. First thought was: could be a dangerous area - but the people around where very friendly and nice. Was even walking alone in the night and I never felt unsafe.

I booked two nights and stayed for two weeks. I loved it! Cheap clean hostel close to trainstation. Foodstalls and 7 elevn around the corner Common area with tv and netflix! Manager Todd and the two volunteers are super friendly and helpfull.

Very solid, but has room for improvementprovment”
Very positive are the roll down curtains for the beds which many other hostels don't have and the big and lively living room! A few things to prove on: Mold above the lockers in room 12, the door are annoyingly beeping all the time, fridge is unorganized dirty and often so full that it doesn't close. A nice to have thing would be a quality water filter!

Pros: 1) friendly staff 2) Tv provided near the checkin counter 3) tissue paper provided 4) 15-20 minutes walk to China Town 5) in a quiet area 6) air con inside the room 7) clean toliet 8) a small kitchen inside the room Cons: 1) too noisy in the morning (i suspect the owner playing music so loudly at 7am) 2) coaches and mosquitos inside the room 3) it is quite dangerous to climb upstairs for the room 4) no personal light for each bed 5) not enough privavy as there are no cover in front of bed 6) the cover sheet is too small

Bedbugs!”
They got everything else right about this place except for one crucial thing: bedbugs! Got devoured by the things. The staff are excellent and the rooftop bar is great, but until the bedbug problem is fixed, I couldn't recommend it, at least the dorms.

It’s good for the price you pay, but don’t expect much space. It’s pretty tiny. I still appreciate it. If u are a real backpacker will be good for you. The owner is really friendly.

Good location if you need to get to the train station. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious Bathroom was ok, not great, smelt a bit. Air con was leaking water through the night. Room had narrow stairs to climb, no problem for me but could be a problem for older people.

counter staff not around a lot of time. toilet door no handle from outside, very hard to open. Worst, no blanket on my bed, i used towels as blanket as i could not find any staff to help. no water refill machine. good thing is air-con good and floor clean.

pop art hostel was very good andclean hostel.the owner or staff was so nice she was very accomodated and nice person,bathrooms were clean and nice overall this was very good hostel particularly madam who allotted me room and towel as i was very late and will do the formalities in the morning.only location was deficult to find in the evening.rest every thing was excellent.willrecommend for solo travellers and young people

Really nice hostel owned by Italian-Thai couple. Lady is so nice, location wise the hostel is perfectly positioned. Close to main train station Hua Lampong, metro station and China Town. Lots of food stalls all around, 7-11 few minutes away..... Rooms are clean, not so big but not tiny, with the balcony. Bathroom and shower are in the same room inside rooms and are through the night air-conditioned. They offer basic breakfast for 60 BHT. Downstairs is reception and another toillet, big LCD TV and outside two tables with benches. All in all very nice place for a great price
