Good budget hotel in Banjarmasin Area, easy check in and check out. Good service from the front staff. The only downside is the hotel is next to the bird house which the sound of the bird from the speaker in the afternoon really distracting our afternoon rest.

No frills, definitely value for money”
Location is OK, not at the very center of the city but still manageable with a car/bike. The staff were very helpful. Room was clean with strong WiFi. Definitely value for money. Parking was a bit hard but it could be because we visited at the end of December which was a big holiday season. Had to park across the road which was also owned by the hotel. There is a cafe downstairs which is nice for a hotel at this price point. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Banjarmasin on a budget.

The hotel is very nice: very modern, very clean, best shower ever with hot water included but not the best place to get travel info; to have breakfast (the day we took breakfast only 5 items left like 1 sandwich, 1 cake, 1 rice dish) but the 2 nights we stayed there we got wakened up by local people not respecting other guest's sleep - they were talking very loud , shouting and making noise with their slippers. For that reason I would prefer another place where it is much quiter.

All in all its a nice place to stay. Hotel was new ...just launched. So staff were very obliging and friendly. Couple of details to be highlighted; 1. There were no hot water kettle ,complimentary coffee, etc, though we received 2 bottles of mineral water when we booked and paid the stay for 3 pax. 2. Towels provided were small...hardly enough to cover your self. Again, only 2 was provided. 3. No cupboard to store our cloths. So have to keep cloths in the bag for the entire duration. I had to keep reminding the staff that there are 3 pax staying but still what provided was only for 2 pax.

Das relativ neue Hotel ist zentral gelegen. In 15 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man den Fluß, von welchem man u.a. zu dem Floating Market (ca.1:30h Fahrzeit mit Boot) gelangt. Unsere Bettdecke war nicht sehr sauber, was aber evtl. daran liegt, dass die Wäsche kalt gewaschen wird und hartnäckige Flecken nicht entfernt werden können (das sahen wir öfter in Indonesien). Die Bettwäsche wurde umgehend gewechselt. Das Personal ist nett, spricht allerdings fast kein Englisch und ist nicht sehr hilfreich, wenn es um Fragen zu Unternehmungen in Banjarmasin geht. Wir haben einen Guide durch Internet und in der Stadt zufällig getroffen. Sein Name ist Mukani. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit, sehr erfahren und hat uns Banjarmasin und den echten Dschungel in Loksado gezeigt. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht getestet, da es lediglich asiatisches Frühstück gibt. Man kann sich aber sehr gut an der 24Stunden Bar des Hotels einen Kaffee oder Milchshake nehmen! Für 1-2 Nächte absolut ok und empfehlenswert! Es ist sehr preiswert.
