Messages are answered almost instantly, and the staff goes above and beyond to provide the best service in their class. This modern and efficient approach stood out. The location is another big plus. It’s conveniently close to the best raw spot—Rawon Kalkulator at Taman Bungkul—and not far from the train station. This makes it a great choice for travelers who want comfort and easy access to iconic Surabaya experiences. The room, however, could use some attention. While it’s understandable that smoking rooms may experience discoloration, the level here was concerning and detracted from the overall comfort. The air conditioning also didn’t perform as expected, with minimal cooling even at the lowest setting and highest fan speed. Additionally, the soap dispenser had issues dispensing properly, which was a minor inconvenience. Despite these room-related concerns, the excellent service and prime location make up for it. If the hotel can address these issues, it would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for guests. Would I stay again? Yes, especially for the service and location, but I hope to see improvements in the room conditions in the future!
