no proper reception area: a phone number on wall to ring for staff. I don't think I stayed at the Popcorn hotel. We were taken to the Mango hotel opposite. Notes: shared water dispenser on each floor Good Points: -Friendly staff (male night shift) who spoke good English -huge mirror 2mx2m -cute drawings on wall Bad Points -no fridge -very dim shower room (maybe the bulb needed replacing -very hard to park in such a narrow street - we were lucky that there was a car parking space left

Cut through at CW Tower, if walking. Poor, dirty neighborhood with a bad trash problem. Not much of anything in the immediate vicinity. Dogs barking... Crap TV. Plumbing issues, sheet didn't fit the bed. But, pretty decent decor. You could do worse, but I sure as heck wouldn't want to be riding in a cab looking for it.

before check in..the hotel staff called me and ask what time I will be arrive..I told them I will be arrive around 9pm thai time. I had clicked late check in when I make my booking. He asked do I have car? And I said yes..he said 9pm may not have carpark for me and ask me to cancel my booking thru agoda..is it ridiculous because I was half way driving from chiang mai to bangkok. When I check in...no water and fridge in this standard hotel. Sink was clogged too .

Popcorn Ratchada House was great for the money paid. We simply enjoyed the stay and it was excellent positioned for our points of interest. The host was so kind, talkative, friendly and good. He also warned us of a danger when visting some places in BK. The room (including a private bathroom) was so comfortable, quite, clean and interested with a small balcony where we can enjoy the fresh air, chat or drink together after a long day exploring Bangkok City. We love it and will definitely come back again.

Location look like its near the subway but the actual walking route is a lot longer than expected. However it is also walking distance to The Street @Ratchada, Big C Supercenter @Ratchada, Esplanade Shopping Mall, New Rot Fai Train Market @Ratchada (Thu~Sun evenings), Huai Khwang Night Market and several megasized massage bars dotting the entire Ratchada stretch. Facilities & room amenities are acceptable although i would prefer that the room have a mini fridge. During the night I was disturbed by noisy neighbours & the occasional mozzies.

I stayed at a double room with private bathroom for 2 nights, room condition was best and clean enough. This hotel is located nearby an MRT station, Thailand Cultural Center, it's only 10 minutes away. If you cross a big road, you can find The Street Ratchada shopping mall where many local restaurants, CVS, Starbucks, Burger king, etc. are. There were 2 staffs, one speaks English, Korean, Japanese, the other speaks English, Chinese, Thai so you don't have any inconvenience of communication, they also answers via SNS messengers like Kakao Talk, Line, Wechat. I chose here to reach the airport in early morning, I spent 100 Bhats to Makkasan station by taxi and transferred airport rail with 35 Bhats. Anyway I recommend here.

Location is a bit far in Ratchada soi 10 but there is a shortcut to walk out to Cyber World tower, opposite to the Street. Bad first impression with a Thai lady staff giving bad attitude and unwelcoming tone of voice upon my arrival, but the owner's service mind and great hospitality made up for it. The wow factor came when I entered the room, clean & tidy, totally dust free and nice deco. We will be back again for sure & can highly recommend this place. They are the same owners of Mango 10 House.

Loft style room, comfortable,clean and modern.. within a Thai community that comes to life at meal times. Only a short walk to Ratchada train market. ( Great idea on arrival. The chap took my number and sent me lots of local information and hangouts, bars restaurants ect. Great service. ). Will use again.

Strategic stay among the resident area”
The house is located right within the resident area and might find a bit confusing in locating it. However, I been staying here for few nights and discover shorter walking trail which could easily connect to the shopping malls/night market/MRT and is all good. Room is spacious and comfortable with reasonable price.

Bangkok trip”
We spent 3 nights here, our experience is the alley get into the place was dark and quiet, makes us a bit uncomfortable when we arrived. Anyway, we are happy that the Korean Owner was waiting us outside the building when we step down from car. We are satisfied with the quadruple room's deco, it is very loft style and yet modern, bed and linen was pretty comfortable, which I love the quality very much, there are separated both toilet and bathroom attached in the room, which is good, the aircond was cold enough too. Also, The owner can speaks English well and he was very helpful. Nearby Rod Fai Night Market as the owner recommended is really good for food hunting and shopping. However, during our stay the upper is under renovation, so it is very noise during daytime, but it's alright, because we are out most of the time. Overall, we still enjoy the time in Bangkok

First hotel, which is better in reality, than in pictures!!! :) Highly recommended. It's awesome. And i prefer to live in higher floors (maybe I'm strange, yeah), so I asked if it's possible to change room (I got room on a 1st floor) and... Room was changed in a second :) perfect! :)

Love the way they set the room. The price is very reasonable compared with you got! Not far away from The STREET mall and lot of eateries nearby. Totally worth it and i will come back again.

Modern hotel”
We had looking so hard to find the hotel . But the room is big , modern and comfortable to stay . We found that they are doing renovations at the same time, our room is brand new because it is just done the renovated because the smell of oil paint is still there in our room ,but so far is ok , and we love the room design . But what we are disappointed is on the next early morning around 5am something they are busily doing renovations and it just woke us up and we can't fall a sleep after that . And the sound was disturbing us for few hours. I hope that hotel please avoid the renovations in the morning where u have your guest in the hotel . Anyway I still like the design of the room so much!

-The location is quite far from the main road(in case you have to walk from MRT station.) but I got the room with just 473 baht so no complaint here. -The owner and staff are very helpful and provided me a good service. -The room condition is fine and very clean. (but has hard mattress and pillows) -The walls are very thin. I got a room on 1st floor and it’s really noisy. so if you want a quiet room you should request for high floor.
