It just takes 05 mins to IMPACT Exhibition Hall. The room has a sofa, big size bed, refrigerator, AC. The staffs are always supported via LINE. Everything here is clean and well organized.

Near to COSMO BAZAAR & IMPACT ARENA”
i stay here for a day for the reason of attending concert at Impact. 5mins walk to Cosmo Bazaar Festival Mall. Around 15mins walk to IMPACT. to me this is convenient. dont have to fetch a grab. everything is walkable distance. unless u're going to Centre Bangkok. then u still need a grab to go to MRT Station or Airport. The apartment is clean. but no iron was provided, so be minded abt this. in order to go in, u've to wait for other Residents to open the door. then u can go in. it's locked using a chip provided for the residents. but u can actually access it without having to use the chip by using the side entrance. where people park their motorcycle. i just knew it when i stay here. i'll probably stay here again if i have an event at Impact. affordable with reasonable distance. recommended 👍🏻

Excellent for Impact exhibitors”
I was exhibiting in Impact and the place was very good to stay and easily access to the impact exhibition center every day. The area has many places to eat and to do any actitivy. Just not much night life.

ใกล้อิมแพ็ค เดินไปได้ไม่ไกล เลิกคอนเสิร์ตดึกก็นั่งวินกลับได้ ใกล้ๆมี 7-11 ห้องโดยรวมเทียบกับราคาถือว่าคุ้มค่า สะอาด ขออำนวยความสะดวกครบ (อยากให้มีไดร์เป่าผม) ตอนเข้าตึกครั้งแรก ต้องรอคนในตึกเปิดประตู แต่ก็รอไม่นาน เพราะมีคนเข้าออกตลอด คิดว่าถ้าไปดูคอนเสริต์อีกก็คงพักที่นี่

ห้องดีมาก สะอาดไม่เหม็นอับ ห้องตกแต่งเรียบร้อย แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ ห้องน้ำสะอาด เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าครบ ทีวี ตู้เย็น ไมโครเวฟ กระติกน้ำร้อน และมีไดร์ฟเป่าผมให้ด้วย ใกล้อิมแพคอารีนามาก เดินประมาณ 5 นาทีก็ถึงแล้ว คุ้มค่าคุ้มราคามาก ไว้จะแวะมาพักอีกนะจ๊ะ 😊

คอนโดอยู่ใจกลางอิมแพ็ค ด้านหน้ามีห้าง Cosmo Bazaar และศูนย์อาหารเมืองทอง(ไข่หวานบ้านซูชิ ร้านซูชิชื่อดังก็อยู่ด้านหน้าคอนโดเลย) ใครมาดูคอนที่อิมแพคอารีนาหรือธันเดอร์โดมก็เดินทางสะดวก นั่งวิน 5 นาทีถึง ค่าวินแค่ 15 บาท หรือถ้าจะเดินก็ประมาณ 15 นาที ทางเข้าคอนโดจะเก่าๆน่ากลัวนิดหน่อย แล้วก็จะงงๆกับการขึ้นลิฟท์ในครั้งแรก เพราะลิฟท์มี 4 ฝั่งแต่ละฝั่งแบ่งเป็นลิฟท์ชั้นคู่-ชั้นคี่ ไม่มีพนักงานมาต้อนรับ เราต้องเดินหาห้องเอง แต่จะมีพนักงานไลน์มาบอกก่อนเราเข้า Check-In ว่าวางกุญแจและคีการ์ดไว้ตรงไหนพร้อมรายละเอียดอื่นๆ ทางเดินค่อนข้างเก่าและเงียบๆดูคนไม่พลุกพล่าน ข้างนอกห้องจะมีประตูเหล็กล็อคไว้ชั้นนึงก่อนจะมีประตูห้อง สามารถคล้องกุญแจได้ทั้งจากในห้องและหน้าห้อง ช่วยเรื่องความปลอดภัยของห้องพักได้ดีค่ะ ส่วนด้านในห้องสวยเหมือนในรูปเป๊ะเลยค่ะ สะอาดสะอ้านมีของที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ครบครั้นทั้งแอร์ พัดลม TV ตู้เย็น ไมโครเวฟ ปลั๊กพ่วง ไม้แขวนเสื้อ น้ำดื่มฟรี2ขวด ยาสระผม หมวกคลุมอาบน้ำ เสียดายที่ตอนเราไปไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม(พนักงานบอกว่ากำลังจัดซื้อ) ห้องน้ำแคบไปนิดถ้าคนตัวอ้วนหน่อยอาจจะขยับตัวลำบาก แต่พิจารณาโดยรวมแล้วประทับใจค่ะ ถ้ามีโอกาสจะมาพักอีกแน่นอน ปล.มีค่ามัดจำกุญแจ 200 บาท เจ้าของห้องจะโอนให้หลังเรา Check-Out ไม่เกิน 24 ชม.ค่ะ

这家旅店的老板和员工人都很不错。会根据客户的情况提供帮助，但是实事求是的说住这家酒店是非常不值得的，因为他不是酒店，就是一个公寓楼里面的其中一间出租房，然后设施感觉很旧简陋，楼房也很旧刷了一层白漆，总之入住体验很不好，同样的价格，随便去住一家好一点的酒店。
