Good thing: Decent hotel with kitchen. Clean place and bed sheet. Can lend kitchenware or other thing needed at front desk. Compact but good enough accommodation to try out. Location is near Tennoji JR station, which is decent in this price range. Bad thing: Do not expect any view looking out of the room. Room is filled from below so no outdoor view. The room is very dry because of the air conditioner so could ask for an air moisturizer. The smart home system is consistently triggering to close all lights when the room is cold so it is very annoying.

spacious rooms, balcony, slightly noisy because it’s located next to a busy intersection but comfortable with good service; convenience store close by, parking can be slightly difficult (though there are some public parkings around the block)… lovely place

The room is neat and tidy. The staff are very helpful. The hotel is just 5-10 mins walk away from Tennoji Station. A family mart is nearby. However, the heater is not strong enough and we feel cold at night during our travel in January.

Walking distance from Tennoji station about 15mins. Room is clean and designed very cozy. The lighting system which is a surprise! Although the room size is not big still have enough place for suitcases storage. Definitely will be back to this hotel.

The living experience including the facility, room space and service is not worth by the price. The location is not friendly for tourists, a little far from train station and not bustling near by. I might select another hotel with the similar price but at Namba next time!

Amazing Value”
On arrival the receptionist was so helpful letting us store our bags and just had a good chat in general. Check-in was super smooth and although the room is small it is so well designed that everything you could need is there! The shower is absolutely incredible, best shower I have used in my life. The bed is firm but we loved it and I slept so well, there is road noise but it turns to white noise. TV is huge for the room, lighting options are cool. If I ever come back to Osaka I would stay here again, for the price it's very hard to beat. Note: it is a 10 minute walk from Tennoji station BUT it seems the Osaka stations in general are 10-15 mins from everything we wanted to go and see so it was nothing out of the ordinary. Nice room and i love the hard bed. Just that no daily cleaning, they just throw rubbish and add water. 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. The female staff is very helpful helping us writting bill to send luggage to tokyo. We drop it at nearest family mart. Nice place to stay

Wasn't expecting much when checking into this hotel, however this ended up to be our top fav hotel amongst our stay across 7 hotels in Japan. The room has this minimalist concept, you put your luggage under the bed, there is small kitchen area and seperate toilet to the shower. This room has a smart feature (you can choose movie vibe and the lights will change). There is also laundry so you can wash your clothes during your vacation for free!! Staff was incredibly helpful & friendly. Location wise, this is 10 minutes walk from tennoji station so it was still quite close and family mart just walking distance!!

Great for overnight stay to catch flight”
Purpose built studio for travellers. Plenty of storage and ingenious designs. Booked twin beds and found it very comfy. 10 mins to Tennoji Station to catch train for KIX.

Love the toilet and shower are separated. Buttons for lighting have lots of functions. Room also has refrigerator, stove, and washing machine. Under the bed have room to store luggages. Only down side for myself is the mattress is too hard, but it was okay for my partner. Definitely worth the price.

Nice hotel and value for money. Consistent with the pictures. Minutes walk to Tennoji station. Quiet although next to main streets. But water temperature is quite unstable, do not know why.
