We stayed one night in this clean comfortable motel.Will absolutely stay again in future. The owner Allan- receptionist was a very lovely and friendly gentleman.He was also very helpful and recommended us to some lovely Chinese restaurants which were so lovely. We slept peacefully and comfortably and really enjoyed our stay at Port Aloha motel. We Would absolutely 100% recommend this exception motel to anyone !!!! 🙏 Thank you 😊 Sydney couple

This hotel is on a quiet street, yet only short walk to the main bustle of or port and a great stroll over to town beach and break wall. Recent Renovations bring the bathrooms up nice. Very comfortable for our family!

Okay for one night! ”

Only stayed one night, clean enough and staff friendly, mattress was very cheap but slept well. Very small bathroom - felt like being in a wardrobe. Okay choice given the sky high prices in Port Macquarie during the school holidays.

Unfriendly receptionist ”

The place owner is very friendly with whom we met in the morning whilst checking out. Checking in staff at reception was very unfriendly, un welcoming and appeared to be rude. She did not even guide us to the hotel parking and it was heavy rain. Otherwise the place is good , have good facilities, location and value for money.

Great Motel, superb service”

Located in a quiet area very near the commercial center, not too close to all the noisy bars, etc.

I had a grreeaat stay at Port Aloha. The Owner and staff really took great care of me and my needs. Coming from Sydney to Port Macq, my bike was left behind together with 6 other bikes as the Qantas Turbo-prop cannot accomodate too many bikes at the same time. The Qantas staff at Port Macq assured they will deliver my bike within the afternoon (around 5pm) when the next flight to Port Macq brings my bike. (Its a small town and quite near the airport) The owner volunteered to take my details so they can received my bike why I go out to familiarize myself with the area and go to a bikeshop nearby.. Nightime came and my bike was not in yet, which worried me as I needed time to unpack and fix the bike for next day's ride. The owner had been calling Qantas for a while until 8:30 pm when the van bringing bike bike arrived It turned out there were too many bikes to deliver that afternoon/night - 9 bikes, which explains why mine was a bit late...

Port Aloha Motel is well located, near the mall and food outlets, within walking distance to the riverside. The rooms and towels are clean, good facilities with microwave and iron. Easy to park.

Nice quiet hotel with genuine service ”

Quiet, short walk to main shops, great service

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely lady at the desk. This motel is not on the main stretch of Port Macquarie though it is walking distance to the shops. The motel's policies note that it is not a 'partying' motel which was fine as we were exhausted when we arrived. We only stayed for a night and this place was pleasant enough. There is free wifi which is excellent especially as we could not go to the beach with all the rain. The bathroom in our room was fairly small and hidden behind what we thought to be the built in wardrobe. A good motel for an overnight stay.
