Very nice hostel. Great atmosphere, good location near the port and the old part of Haifa. Rooms are simple basic, but clean and large. Nice small garden inside the hostel and a nice living area inside too. It is resounded with many old buildings, restaurants and pubs. Helpful stuff. Will definitely come back. Good deal.

This was an easy to find, well priced hotel in Haifa, Israel. The family and staff that run it are friendly and helpful, in a place where clear, understandable, helpful information is hard to come by. Great choice for the price!

perfect location, very near to Haifa central railway station and walkable to Bahai garden and the old city. Bank Leumi just across the street. good facilities, and room cleaning every day even for dorm beds. breakfast is also very good and staff are very friendly

Beautiful garden with seating”

The only bad thing about the hotel is the roadworks which is not there fault. We stayed in that are 2 years ago and they were there then. The welcome was warming, we were shown around the lounge and garden area which were lovely. There is a kitchen where you can cook with a fridge where you can store food. In our room we had a table and chairs where we could eat. Breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. Would definatly staff there again.

This was a great hostel with very clean shared facilities and rooms. Charming communal area inside and in the garden and a very good breakfast. Staff is kind and helpful. Only difficulty was no parking.

Great little place with all the basic amenities you need. Staff is helpful, variety of room options (private, hostel, etc.) and kitchen access. Respectful guest - great overall. The only strange complaint is that their wifi does not allow you to connect to a VPN, which I need to complete online work. Lots of cafes near by though.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Wir übernachteten in einem Doppelzimmer, dieses war sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiterinnen, die das Frühstück zubereiten und betreuen, sind sehr nett. Die Pancakes sind besonders zu empfehlen! Besonders eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie konnte jede Frage beantworten und kümmerte sich ehrlich um die Gäste. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter!

Kleine Oase in der Unterstadt Haifas”

Nach kurzen Diskussionen während des Check-Inn,wegen einer angeblichen Stornierung gab es eine sehr kulante Lösung, wir bekamen zum gleichen Preis ein Appartement für den kompletten Aufenthalt.Sehr nett!!! Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen wieder eine kleine Freude:eine nette Auswahl,die appetitlich angerichtet worden ist. Das Hotel ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut angebunden.5 Min. zu Fuss zum Bahnhof,Bushaltestelle nochmals näher. Um den Kikkar Paris sind ein paar typische Restaurants mit arabischer Küche(Abu Yussef!) zu empfehlen.

non appena arrivati all'hotel abbiamo posteggiato la nostra auto proprio di fronte. Siamo stati accolti dalla figlia dei proprietari che ci ha spiegato cosa fare il giorno successivo. La camera e il giardino sono eccezzionali.

受付の人がかなり親切でした。早めのチェックインにも心良く対応してくれましたし、テルアビブまでの移動の方法や、周辺の見どころなど親身に相談にのってくれ、アドバイスをもらいました。 朝ごはんも種類が多く、どれも美味しかったです。ロビー横の絵の飾ってある部屋が素敵でした。 個人的にイスラエルのドミトリーの中で一番思い出に残る、良い宿でした。 ホテル前に看板が立っており、見つけるのも楽でした。駅からもすぐそばです。

スタッフ皆さんの対応が最高でした。英語が十分に話せない私には、ホテルのことや観光案内について、わかりやすい英語で理解するまで説明してくれました。ロケーションもハイファ中央駅まで５分程度で、非常に便利です。料金が高い割には質が伴わないホテルが多いイスラエルですが、このPort Innに関しては料金に見合った質を提供していると思います。

スタッフが親切で気配りが行きとどいたホテル”

ホテルというよりゲストハウスなのですが、とても居心地良いホテルでした。ロケーションは駅やバス停にも近くていいですし、部屋は清潔で居心地よく、ロビーや中庭の雰囲気もとてもよかったです。なによりスタッフがとても親切で、私が一人でアッコーへ行こうとしていることを知ると、この人たちと一緒に行きなさいとグループを組んでくれるほど親切でした。その人たちも全員一人で来ている各国の旅行者たちだったのでこの気配りは心強かったと思います。それ以外にも、ハイファのことを本当に分かるまで時間をかけて教えてくれ、星を少なくとも４つ以上はあげたくなるホテルでした。

要留意上樓沒有電梯可能較吃力。酒店位置很好，近鐵路和地下鐵，早餐簡單但還可以，櫃台美女的笑容加了分。
