Well appointed, spacious and extremely clean room! Bathroom has shower & bath and provides soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap and body lotion. Kettle and tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate and biscuits provided. Iron & ironing board in cupboard! They have their own restaurant but there is also plenty of eateries in the area. Seafood & Pasta place straight across the road and the crumbed whiting & chips was awesome! KFC also across the road! It was very quiet at night and they have their own car park which also has public access for those who want to eat at their restaurant!

From the minute I arrived, my experience was of pure excellence! From the lovely staff at reception, the welcoming lobby, my modern clean room with glorious ocean views to the waterfront location within walking distance to the main street and surrounding business I was totally spoilt. We all deserve a pamplering from PLH

Can’t fault it as we had a fantastic stay. Staff were great courteous and very prompt. Lots of information on what to do in the area in the lobby with free maps.. Would highly recommend to stay at this place

The hotel location, amenities and cleanliness is perfect. however the reception team didn’t like that we booked through third party, refused initially to give us the type of room we had reserved since we booked through a “third party” and eventually said “they don’t want the argument” so they will give us the type of requested room, which wasn’t nice. Other than that, food, location and rooms were spot on.

Complete rip-off ”
I booked two rooms through Agoda. One fully and the other at the hotel. When we go there the hotel manager would not acknowledge there’s booking for the unpaid room. So we had to down grade to any available room. When we checked out I had to pay $489 for both rooms.. I told them and shown them evidence of my payment for one of the room. But the staff would not acknowledge it. In the end I had to pay for the room which I already paid for and at a higher rate $259. Would not recommend to anyone due to the way management dealt with the matter.

Disappointing ”
If you purport to be a quality hotel then deliver on it. Wait times for food ridiculous, carpet in room still wet from an obvious leak in bathroom, tv reception poor, complementary coffee still international roast, come on. At least when you stay in the caravan park they are sincere in what they offer and deliver
