Great location”
Loved our time at Port Pacific and will return. Apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped and you can’t beat the location. Possibly only downside was that you can hear a lot of noise from other apartments and hallways but would not stop us booking again

The awesome pit stop”
Port Pacific Resort was meant to be a quick pit stop on our way to Byron. We must have been allocated a more newly renovated room because it was quite big. It looked like it was previously 2 rooms joined into 1. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well provided for. Our room didn't look over anything great, but the balcony consistently had a sunny outlook rather than shade, which made the rooms overall bright and friendly. Although we only stayed overnight, we would seriously consider coming back considering all the amenities it had and how clean it was. Only draw back is we could hear kids running up and down the hallway with crystal clear sound. We are sound sleepers anyhow, but I can imagine that it may disturb/annoy those who are wanting some peace when they are back in their rooms.

The customer service was amazing from all staff we delt with. There was honestly nothing I could even pick out that was negetive. Great job! The rooms were immaculately clean. Would happily recommend and stay again.

Huge”
We had a 2 bed on level 7 with a huge 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom and 3 large balconies. Only surprise (although it did say on the website) was lack of oven - I just expect this in a 2 bed or more. Also laundry is not in the Apartment but down the hall. Location and facilities are great. Would work well for a young family.

Great location, lovely staff and beautiful apartment. Can not fault anything! Everything was so clean from our room to the pool/ spa area to the secure car facility. Close to all types of dining, movies and shopping. Definitely will be back and sharing this place with our friends :)

Good family resort”
Had a 3 night stay here in a spacious 2br apartment overlooking the pool and river views. No complaints, good pool, plenty of games on L2 for the kids. Not sure as a couple I would stay here for a quiet couples weekend though, would be kids screaming everywhere!

It was ok”
Whilst the location was great and the room was clean, I would probably stay elsewhere next time. I specifically booked it because it had a spa, in winter and travelling with children (8-12) that is gold. Until we get into the lift and the sign says "no children allowed on level 9" where the hot spa is located. Nothing noting this when I booked. The sign in the kitchen asked you to empty your own bin on checkout. I've never experienced that anywhere before. The tv in the lounge wouldn't turn on using the remote, the one in the bedroom not at all. The dishwasher was too loud to have on whilst inside the apartment. Beds comfortable, even the pull out sofa was comfy, short walk to shops, good sized apartment, extra blankets when requested, the rollaway bed was big and comfy for my 10 year old. Two bathrooms in the one bedroom apartment was great.

A fine place to stay, very clean and the staff very helpful. The beds were really comfortable and the linen clean and fresh. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. My only negative comments are that the lobby carpets are worn out and dowdy and need replacing and the graffiti on the wall opposite the resort rather spoiled the view (obviously NOT the fault of the resort, of course).

Very friendly staff! Great location. Nice room with pool view. Renovations happening at entrance when we arrived so had to use back entrance the whole time. Was a lovely experience and resort had good facilities.
