"- location of the hostel is good 5-10 min to Duomo. Not far from tram station and there is restaurant and grocery near by - When i ask the staff to leave my suitcase at the hostel she said i can leave it so I gave her my stuff then she said i have to pay 4€ when i take it back. When I come back to take it she wasn’t there. The other staff did’t ask for money. So I think she try to trick me... because the luggage room is wasn’t a room for luggage "

"Grand Visconti is an old fashion 4 star hotel. It has the traditional style of the old hotel with the heavy and glamorous furniture the thick carpets etc. It is very good organized despite the fact that I had to wait for half a hour in order to prepare - clean my room but that was no problem. What was quite irritate was the WIFI connection which was wick and it kept losing signal. I did not had time to check the spa and the other facilities but I have to say that being close to metro station was really nice and helpful since you can ride the sub and be at the San Siro stadium in 30-40 minutes !!!! "All went well. Couldn't get the television to work, but probably my fault and I used the plug for charging things instead. This demonstrates the inadequacy of the star system. Not having a breakfast room should not make a hotel one star, as that implies poor quality, whereas this was more than adequate. The man on the desk was very helpful."
