This hotel is good ok for breakfast and cleanliness. Swimming pool not working. There contact for guide and hiring bike has given me a pathetic experience in Goa. I hired bike from Ganesh wines just infront of hotel who has given me bike from some third person called pravin malvankar. This guy(pravin malvankar) is very unprofessional. Has given me bike for roaming in...
I got a lovely deal of executive suite with breakfast from agoda company for 2500 bucks...so In this price,the Deal was very good..rooms were not that large,wat u expect in an executive suite,but were comfortable enough to rate it a 4 star deluxe room...riverfront view was good...their continental Cook was marvelous...the stuffed chicken was amazing...staff was co-oper...
It was worth booking this property. Amazing price and superb suites, well maintained and clean. All toiletries were provided, and no complains with breakfast as eggs to order were also there. To add we had the wonderful clean swimming pool too, a fantastic deal I must say. Cheers
experience with this hotel was beyond the expectations..being a 2 star hotel we were not expecting such a great room and service from this hotel but out of our surprise it was awesome...staff was ready to help us with their best ...we hired a bike and didn't have helmet and had to go to city at 11:00 pm ...guy at reception gave us his helmet and enjoy our plan ...servi...

This kind of feature is pretty unique and I have never seen such thing before. Front office staff is too good to handle customers. Cleanliness and maintenance is teriffic (especially washrooms). A real relief from all stresses of daily life. Staff are friendly. Only thing is that do not forget to carry ID cards for all members who are staying with you, even if they are our family members. Hotel is definitely good but too far from beach and they don't have bike renting facility if your in n big group. The restaurant which they have are not up to mark service is too slow and they don't take any order After 10.30 pm
It was bad experience, from the time of booking these guys created trouble to us by not confirming the booking, and during our stay there was water scarcity and we suffered to get water for bath and other purposes. Over all it was a bad experience i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
