Posada Vienna - funky and cool”
Posada Vienna is a really cool hotel - especially the wonderful funky Mexican folk art and decor. It's also very quiet and relaxed, which is fairly unusual for the heart of frantic, noisy Mexico City! It's a good location - 2 blocks from a Metro stop, and close (but not too close) to the city center. It seems that Mexicans like harder beds and pillows than Americans do, but that was about the only thing we didn't like. The price is excellent and service is great - so we didn't care that the breakfast that was supposed to be included really didn't pan out, or that we only got one bottle of free water and had to buy the rest at a whopping 50 pesos (that's about 40 cents, I think - try buying bottled water for that amount in the US!) On the whole, we loved it. Would definitely recommend it to any friends traveling to Mexico City.

Great place to begin and end in Mexico.”
We started our 4 week trip with 3 nights here and decided to spend our last 3 here, also. Good decision. It's great for Zona Rosa, which is chilled out, with lots of small bars, cafes and restaurants; so many that you don't actually need breakfast at the hotel. Very happy with the room at the price, but wifi signal in room 318 was pretty bad. 320 had been better. No matter, though. The staff were very courteous and helpful, especially on our last day in Mexico when we were desperate for a place to store our luggage, as our flight wasn't until after midnight. They didn't have much space at reception, but they kept it all there anyway for over 10 hours, which left us free to spend another day in the city. So grateful for that!

Charming hotel in peaceful, green neighbourhood”
the posada vienna hotel is a gem in the leafy heart of the zona rosa. decorated in the brilliant colours typical of mexico, each room has a unique character. the wi-fi works in the rooms, the breakfast is decent and the location is excellent. what else do you need!

Huge room in comparison to other hotels that I have seen, especially in comparison to the price you pay. The room was clean, towels exchanged every day. Hotel staff could not speak English properly which made the communication for the check-in more difficult. (American) Breakfast was included in the stay, also the parking in the garage directly located at the hotels place. Staff helped whereever they could, also for finding city attractions etc.

This hotel would be ideal for someone who is visiting the city for business or sightseeing as a result of its location and reasonable rates. It would be great for just the lodging aspect. The one drawback would be the lack of readily available activities or resources for the evening once you day time wanderings are finished.

I stay here for 2nights, the room is big for standard size only, it gots living room and bedroom, 8mins walk to metro station (apply for two metro station if you check on the map) both for me are the similar distance. The staff are nice. The restaurant down there is good service and value for money. I will be back.

Enjoyed my stay. The room was large with a comfortable bed. Very good value at the price I paid..c$30 a night, but at the rate quoted at reception c$80 a night it would not have been.

Quaint, conveniently located, and affordable ”
The hotel is well-located, within a couple blocks of the Metro Linea 1 and walking distance to Centro Historico. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are many restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, as well as the ubiquitous OXXOs. Our room was sizeable, with a large bathroom and walk-in closet. The two single beds were firm to the point of being uncomfortable. Above the nightstand was a wall-light and plug (with USB ports). Other furniture included a desk/chair and armchair. There was no fridge. The room was clean, with traditional decor. It was quite warm, and since the windows lack screens, we needed to use the ceiling fan. Two towels were provided, but more can be requested. There was adequate water pressure and hot water. The only minor criticism is the calcification on the shower head resulted in a haphazard spray. The desk staff and managers were pleasant and helpful, indulging our limited Spanish. On our departure day, we appreciated being able to store our bag with the front desk until early evening. We had a very busy trip to CDMX, and Posada Viena was a good, inexpensive home base.

Hotel agréable”
Hôtel agréable, bien situé par rapport aux centres d'intérêts de la ville. Offrant un parking bien utile dans le cas d'une location de vl. Il propose des tours intéressants. Le personnel est agréable mais l'espagnol est de rigueur (pas un mot de français). Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et le service y est efficace. L'hôtel est équipé en wifi, mais toutes les chambres ne peuvent y accèder. En contrepartie les clients peuvent dans ce cas utiliser gratuitement les ordinateurs connectés par cable de l'établissement. En résumé trés bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel

メキシコシティの博物館と水族館を家族で旅行しました。 ホテルの立地が良く、直ぐにたどり着いた。 スタッフの対応も良かった、部屋も広く使い易かった。 ただ夜が寒い、窓が閉まらない場所があり寒かった しかしこの料金でこのサービスなら文句はない、メキシコっぽい感じが良かった。

英語が通じて、ロケーションも良い。 地下鉄まで歩いて、５分掛からない。 大型ショッピングモールまで、歩いて５分ほど 部屋にエアコンがないので、朝晩の冷え込みがきついので、スリッパ、上着など 防寒対策が必要。 熱いお湯は出るが、お湯が熱くなるまで時間が掛かる（１０分ぐらい） 値段の割りに綺麗で、メンテナンスも行き届いている。 この値段で、ロケーション、メンテナンス、言語を考えるとかなり便利だと思う。

静かな場所にあるホテル”
場所はソナロッサの近くだと思ったらちょっとした距離があるので昼間は歩けるが夜はタクシーに乗らないくてはいけないのがちょっと面倒くさい。ホテルの場所も人気が少ない静かな場所はいいが、やはり夜は出歩くことは避けたい雰囲気。同じ値段ならソナロッサ中心にあるホテルのほうが利便性が高い。部屋には最低限のものしかなく、冷蔵庫やエアコンはない。ミネラルウォーターのサービスも初日のみ。毛布が薄く、暖房器具もないので朝晩は寒い。しかしながら、シャワーは毎日熱いお湯がふんだんに出るし、掃除も丁寧、部屋でネットもつながるので（繋がらない日もあったが、スタッフが親切にロビーで繋げてくれた）値段の割には快適に過ごせた。

都市部のホテルとして、価格、場所、部屋、装備は満足でした。周辺には屋台もたくさんあり、市場も近く、徒歩で町の主要部にいけたので非常によかった。
