Good: Great location and not on very busy street. Pretty new facilities. Food is OK. Bad: Restroom has no exhaust systems (somethings look like fans on ceiling but they're not running) and no clothes hangers. The restroom with mirror wall can't cover enough privacy where people can see through the mirror from the bed.
We are pleased with the staffs , they prepared Birthday cake for us whom celebrate birthday during the stay. The only down part of the stay is the hotel is crowded with people who always make nuisance to others.

actually we ask to non smoking room. but they gave to us smoking room. they say not available. so after first day they changed room. so we had to terrible first night. smell was really no good. even changed room also was not clean. everything was not good. i never try again that hotel.

We are company trip of 15 persons stayed for 3 nights. Poseidon staff is friendly and helpful, especially one of the staff call Ms Trần Thị Thanh Vân. I very thank to her, she help me arrange airport transfer and local trip to outskirt. She always approach us actively to offer help, driver may not speak fluent english but she help to call me translate and she make sure everything safety with our 2 1/2 days tour in Nha Trang city, Dalat and Miu Ne. I only can say give her 5 star on her professional work. The room relatively big and clean. I will definitely stay here again.
Great hotel, with some bitterness..”
-Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. -Great hotel with modern setting, but I think careless cleaning has shown a bit (which is a shame). -Breakfast has so many varieties and good. -Staffs at reception, security, kitchen staffs, even door men are nice and polite, so helpful. But there are some bitterness related to cleaning staffs and staffs at pool area. Cleaning staffs work like they hate the job so much, clean briefly here and there, left so many dirts behind. And after they finished, they just bang the door hard when they walk out (even though the guests are in the room)... WHAT AN ATTITUDE?! Pool area staffs hanging around, smiling/ laughing at guests. No harm in there, but i think guests won't feel comfort about it. Overall, i would recommend this hotel, but the manager need to train some staffs well or it will be a run down for the hotel/ left some bitterness for guests.

A good place to stay, near the center and the beach. The breakfast was acceptable. The receptionist upgraded my room from superior to deluxe Double or Twin Room with Balcony and City View for free. The air condition took a long time to cool the room with a bit noise.

Stayed there 2 different times in August 2018, booked end-unit that's very nice, clean, modern. Staff was excellent, only issue is the breakfast could be a bit better in term of varieties, dining room floor needs carpeting to deaden the sound, and there are just too many Chinese visitors who are loud and have no manner!!

The staff were lovely, and the pool, but that was it!!!”
We stayed there for our annual staff trip , and the hotel looked great, the staff were wonderful and they upgraded us all to better rooms. The rooms were attractive but most of them smelt mouldy. The pool was great and we had a lot of fun there. However, the breakfast is probably the worst I have ever had in a 4 star hotel - tasteless badly cooked food with cheap ingredients, hot food that was cold and dried out, not even good fruit! When they asked me if I had enjoyed my breakfast and I said no, they said they had a lot of complaints every day about the breakfast. So the question is, why don't they do something about it???

I found no hot water When I want to take a shower. But I was told that too many people were taking the shower so I need to wait for hot water.

Room with construction noise even after midnight”
On Agoda I bought room named "Luxury Sea View" in Poseidon Nha Trang. This name fully misleading. More precise name would be "Room With Midnight Noises from Construction". Those are main problems which we met in Poseidon: (1)There is big construction in progress very nearby the Poseidon hotel. The construction make continuously very strong noise which gets even more intense after midnight. All night long, even on friday and saturday, when we were there. Lying in the bed we had to listen terible noise even through closed windows. Second day we complained on the reception, they offered alternative rooms, but the noise was in all of them. (2) Maybe many years ago there was some "sea view" possible from this Poseidon hotel, but certainly not now. There is number of high buildings standing between Poseidon hotel and the sea. So, no sea view now. (3) And, if you like to have hot shower, then Poseidon hotel is not the place for you. The stream of water from the shower is very very weak
Overall, I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were cleaned very promptly and the hotel staff was always helpful although their English wasn't always the best. Also the hotel has a great location and its a really quick walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. Something to note is that the walls of this hotel is a little on the thin side which can be problematic if there's a loud group of tourists visiting. All the same, the hotel is great.
Not worth any penny”
The hotel got problem with the smell come from toilets and shower room. We've changed 3 times but got no improvement. Hotel mainly for those registered with tourism company (mainly chinese and russian) My wife did not have good sleep at all during 4 days of our stay! However, its have a pretty good location with many cool restaurants!
