Potter’s Ridge is a Gem! ”
It’s a quaint place that gives you a very homey feeling. The staff are really nice and friendly, especially Omar at the Front Desk and Sir Santi, the Manager. They were always checking up on what I might need. I just wish they can serve half orders of food for people like me who take small meals. =) Will definitely visit again in the future!

Quiet place to stay but an old AC is a dissappointment”
The place is quiet. The room is clean and presentable when we arrived. Towels were provided. The view in veranda is very refreshing and relaxing. Parking has limited slots. Aircon in our room is old and the room doesn't get cold even we left the AC on for hours. TV plus signal is poor, no cable. The flush on CR is not working well. The food for breakfast is okay. I loved to have unlimited brewed coffee in a foggy morning. The staffs are polite and approachable. It's a good thing I got the deal on promo (1,490) but if I got it on regular price (3K+) its not worth the value for money.

Ideal for those seeking a quiet place, it's a bit of a drive from other places. The view is really nice especially the sunrise. Staff are accommodating, I requested a pork-free (religious reasons) breakfast and that it be served before their restaurant opened, and they accepted my request. Very ideal for solo or couple travelers.

good enough”
we liked the we easy booking through agoda although I the picture online was different from actual. i though the view was visible through our room as shown in agoda pictures. I suggest make booking according to actual room similar to photos provided. plus there was no internet and no signal for globe. The TV signal was bad too. The water heater also did not work when I was bathing, but for my wife it did. But overall we enjoyed the privacy, the bed size and the breakfast.

With a stunning review of Taal. I think this is an ideal place for weddings. For solo travels, still can be. I’ll recommend putting phones on rooms though...

Best Budget Hotel”
Staff are approachable. The location is quite far but you can get to see a lot of tourist destination like the Bag of Beans, Bulalo Houses, Sky Ranch which is good. We will be coming back to this hotel next time. Thanks to Kuya who was very kind to assist us with our concern.

The Longganiza Breakfast saved the day”
Its faraway from the heart of Tagaytay City, a bit secluded and dark. We arrived at 2am and the place was closed and we had to wake the caretaker. The room smelled like stale air and somewhat old. No wifi. The AC was not working well good thing it was raining. The best part was the breakfast, i loved my Hamonado Longganiza. We won’t be back anytime soon.

Good hotel for budget-conscious travelers”
Location of the hotel is good if you realy want to zone out of the city. What the hotel needs to improve though is their comfort rooms. The heater is not working and the shower is broken - we used lifehacks to make it work. :)

Unpleasant Stay”
Location of the hotel offers a perfect spot for a magnificent view. However, the hotel itself really needs renovation and makeover. They could have offered a more cozy and relaxing experience if they can upgrade some of the hotel facilities and services. There were couple of hiccups during our stay in this hotel. - musty smell all over the room - shower head holder was so rusty that it fell off the wall - shower knob wasn't installed completely. It was sealed with electrical tape or packaging tape. So, it suddenly pop out and the water sizzle all over the bathroom. Plus point to the staff for taking care of it right away. - there was a group of ill-mannered guests having a drinking session (midnight to 5am) on the veranda right next to our room. They talked, sang and made too loud noises (which can be heard up to the hotel reception) but the hotel staff didn't even bother to call their attention to observe silence as a respect to other guests.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve visited! The place is so good, quiet and calm. But, the place is too far from the city center. They have a good dining area too!
