My wife and I stayed at Pousada Marina Infante Hotel for 2 nights and we are very much satisfied with the amenities. Our stay included a buffet breakfast, the food are good and I would say that it's a great value for money. I'm just not sure if you could choose between chinese buffet or western buffet breakfast but we were just automatically sent to the western buffet. The food choices are quite wide and fresh fruits are also served. The location is very much convenient since it's facing galaxy hotel, you can just cross the street and use the free shuttles for touring within major destinations in macau. Overall, I would say that we are very pleased with our stay in this hotel and would be booking again if we are to return to macau. I highly recommend this for those who are on a budget trip.

Warm welcome at Pousada Marina Infante”
We arrive in Macau early in the morning, 1.30 AM . A complicated check in would be a bad thing to start our vacation. Thank God the reception were very addaptive, and give me a very simple check in. Bell boy stand by to bring our luggage to our room.Very contradictive with Venetian Macau where we have to carry along all luggage. For those who travel with a lot of luggage, Pousada hotel is better. The reception also immediately give us complimentary breakfast. The room is clean, and the view is nice. Lake or the Macau City. I love the bathroom so much because eventhough it is small, but very clean, new and bright. Marbled. The hotel also provide shuttle bus that take us anywhere in the Cotai and Macau. Over all I have a pleasant stay in Pousada Marina Invante.

I was very happy with the room we got at its price. I was actually expecting less considering that breakfast is included. And the food was also good. Our view was also nice. I couldn't ask for more with the price I paid for. If you are working on a budget and at the same time wanted comfortable and decent place to stay, I recommend Pousada Marina Infante Hotel. I will definitely book at Pousada Marina Infante Hotel again when I go back to Macau.

value for money with satisfaction & good service!! this is our 2nd hotel in our one week vacation and we can say that changing hotel is really a good choice for us, value for money with satisfaction!!! we stayed here from 16-19 january 2011, we can say that we had a great time, family bonding, the indoor pool give as a relaxing stay, even it's winter we had fun swimming at night. i can say that the hotel has a peaceful ambiance and good for us coz we have a little one. and it is very near to the big attraction in macau. when the galaxy opens this hotel will blast for its location! :)) the hotel facilities and room amenities gave us satisfaction like...24hr room service, bicycle rental,coffee shop, concierge, laundry service/dry cleaning, restaurant, safety deposit boxes, air conditioning, bathtub, complimentary bottled water, hair dryer, mini bar, non smoking rooms, television; moreover the sports and recreation garden, gym, indoor pool, sauna, steamroom the hotel has a shuttle bus which can bring us to the biggest casino like venetian and city of dreams and also bring us to macau ferry terminal, that's why when we visit hongkong, it is so convenient for us and when we also explore the macau city so easy coz there is a lot of buses in the macau ferry teminal which can lead us to all major tourist spots. the staff of marina infante always serve us with a smile and it is very welcoming for us :)) one more thing is the breakfast they serve is a buffet american-macanese-chinese mix cuisine! so it gave us a perfect and value for money relaxing vacation!

Convenient ans Satisfying”
Our stay in Pousada Marina Infante was satisfying. We rode the Galaxy shuttle from the ferry station and it's very convenient since we just have to cross the main road and PMI is just right there. The young man staff seem to memorize some basic English conversation patterns for the guests but seem not to really answer all my questions in English. It was a bit frustrating but satisfactory though. The good thing about this hotel is its location. It's right across Galaxy Hotel, near the Venetian and also near the bus stop. Inside Galaxy Hotel, there are some food and convenience shops just in case we needed anything. Breakfast was included included that's why it's very convenient for me, especially that I brought with me my two young kids. They liked breakfast and were very satisfied. However, what I didn't like was that the staff already cleared our plates even if we were not done eating yet. I felt that it was rude. The best thing was also our room. Everything was clean. The room was spacious and we had a very good view of the Galaxy Hotel. We also enjoyed the tub so much as we needed it badly because our stay was in winter. Another good thing is the Internet availability in our room. We could communicate with our family overseas. Also, I had no problem with the shuttle driver. He was fine. Hotel staff were friendly. Generally, I'd go back again and recommend this to others.

I loved Macau and Pousada Marina Infante Hotel. The hotel has excellent view of Galaxy casino. The swimming pool was nice and warm. The arranged free bus drop to Galaxy , ferry terminal etc., I wish we had more time to stay longer and enjoy the service.The breakfast buffet was okey as it did not have many vegetarian options.The staff understands English which was a relief.

A Worthwhile to stay Hotel”
I stayed at the Pousada Marina Infante Hotel Macau with my wife for the first time thru internet selection. We found its location was perfectly for us, the surrounding is quiet but is not far from the central Taipa and is so easy to move around Macau by using public transportation with the transferring of hotel shuttle bus. The four star hotel facilities are there, cleanliness and smiling face of most of the friendly hotel staffs are what we like the most.

Splendid Location”
although my wife and I stayed in the Pousada Marina Infante Hotel for just a night we found the proximity to the international airport very convenient especially when we are taking a morning flight as we would not have to go through traffic jams in the morning office hours traffic.The room is clean and well maintained and for the amount we paid it was value for money for a 4 star hotel.Getting a taxi to the airport was a breeze as the hotel staff was ever pleasing to assist us to booked a taxi.I must give my compliments to the staff for this extra effort rendered to a visitor.Food in the Chinese Restaurant was good and the price was reasonable by international standards .I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Macau.

We spent a night here and thought that for the price we paid, the deal was decent value. The room itself is clean and comfortable, although it does look rather dated. We had a good night's sleep in comfortable beds and the breakfast the following morning was more than ample. Staff were friendly and polite. Our view was of the huge Galaxy complex on the other side of the road, which was very bright and lit up at night. The other side of the hotel looked onto mainland China. Some of the facilities were not operating. We saw signs for a bar, but saw that it was closed, likewise a sign for a casino, but there was none. Our taxi driver had no idea what we were talking about when we asked to go to Pousada Marina Infante, so we just said Galaxy. However, when we got near Galaxy and then pointed at the Pousada, the driver then said he knew it as a different name. The only real negative is the location, as it is just near the tacky Galaxy complex and downtown Macau needs a taxi to get to. Thus overall, good value, but if we go back for a night to Macau again, we'll make sure we stay more centrally.

The thing about the Pousada Marina Infante is that it is homey. It is and will never be a Venetian, or a City of Dreams or a Crown, but it is understandable. The set up of the hotel is very home-like, and for a traveler who rarely stayed there (come on, the purpose of the trip is to walk around, go to Hong Kong, visit the islands of Taipa and Coloane), the value for the money is high. Of course it would have helped if the breakfast buffet had variety (they offered the same menu every day of our stay there), but I wouldn't necessarily complain. Some reviewers complained about it being far off the main attractions of the city; but the advantage is that the hotel has a shuttle that can take you at main spots.

We were efficiently greeted with friendly staff who had reasonable English. The room was clean and smoke free with a great outlook to the Galaxy Hotel Casino. A shuttle bus provided transport to the Ferry Terminal and there were many casino close by which could be accessed by transport from the Galaxy Hotel. The breakfast was fairly average for Western travellers, however, we would have no hesitation in staying at the Pousade Marina Infante Hotel in the future as we feel it was good value for Macau. A note of advise if travelling to this hotel by taxi, would be easier have the name of hotel written in Chinese.

Check in in the evening and got a good facing king size bed room to galaxy hotel. Is a smoking floor so the room was not really plesant when i step in. The front office was helpful to sent someone up to the room with air refreshing spray . Stay here for four nights. Overall is good except that the buffet breakfast was the same menu without any changes for the four days . Think alot of review mentioned this. It will be great if the hotel consider this feedback and improve on it. Moving around to casino or place of interest is not a problem. The hotel opposite is galaxy offer free bus services to most of other hotels, casino, place of interest. Grand Waldo hotel is just beside Pousada Marina Infante hotel with a small size casino and 24hrs sauna.

our stay at pousada marina infante hotel was very comfirtable. hotel is family friendly. our room with a view of galaxy casino was wonderfull. the hotel's complimentry bus doesnt has good frequency but one can really walk across the road and enjoy the very very frequent complimentry shuttle of galaxy casino. on the whole........our stay was indeed comfirtable and safe.

reception are friendly, room size are slightly bigger consider it as a "standard" room type. mini bars, lcd tv, complimentary mineral water is all there. room services staff though not fluent in english while i give them a call to fill my stomach for supper, and they send a staff who could understand english to my doorstep with a menu, which i think is a good job. they do have free shutter bus from the hk-macau ferry terminal. the next good point is galaxy is just next door across the road. galaxy has just open its door for 1 wk, and i think this hotel business will be pick up in the future that for sure, as its provide an alternative choice for those who decided not to stay in galaxy which is too expensive. since galaxy is just next door, hotel visitors can chose to take galaxy shutter bus too instead of the pousada marina infante hotel, to travel to different casino in macau

Pousada Marina Infante is a nice hotel, clean, courteous and helpful staff, over-all a very nice hotel. The only downside is, it's a little far from the city. But it's no problem for those who likes to walk for an adventure like us. There are shuttle busses but in the station but you have to be very aware of their schedule..

Pousada Marina Infante Macau”
This is the best value & cheapest hotel if you're staying at the Cotai Strip in Macau. Rooms are decent and clean; comes with TV and adequate toilet, wardrobe facilities. Biggest issue is location, which requires a 2km walk to the Venetian Macao & City of Dreams casinos. There is no nearby public bus stops (nearest is Macau Stadium, some distance to the north). The hotel provides a regular bus service to Venetian Macao but stops you outside the entrance. You have to walk a short distance in yourself. There is no transport from Venetian Macao back to the hotel. You have to take cab or walk back to the hotel yourself. The view of the hotel from the roads is obscured by construction of the yet-to-opened Galaxy Macau, which blocks the view of the hotel. You can't see it clearly. You have to use the Grand Waldo Hotel (next to it) as a reference viewpoint when walking. The in-house Marina Casino is currently under renovation. Breakfast is included in price and is relatively decent (has Western fare like eggs, baked beans, cereals, fruit juices & croissants).

Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel shuttle took us to the Macau ferry terminal, from there got another free shuttle to a casino close to the main attractions. Took the shuttle back to the Galaxy Hotel, spend time in there and walked back to Pousada Marina, about 10 minutes, great day.
