I’m not sure I want to reveal the treasure that is PP Land! A truly unique experience.”
The staff made us feel at home at this resort of private bungalows along a private beach. Every detail of the bungalows, the restaurant, swimming pool was proof of our hosts passion about their special place on Koh Phayam. This is a quiet retreat-no party scene here- only sun-blessed guests enjoying nature and a little bit of this island’s magic. We fell asleep watching the moon rise over the water and awoke to sunrise and bird calls. The rest of the island is just a thrilling motorbike ride away. PP Land is a dream!

Peaceful and beautiful place”
Pros •Cheap bungalows •PP.land’s beach is quiet, secluded and beautiful •Swimming at the beach is safe, no sandflies/jellyfish/strong current •The ocean view straight from bed is amazing •When it’s windy the bungalow gets cool •The bungalow is small but beautiful with an airy and light decor; gorgeous textiles and outdoor/open bathroom •The staff are genuine and friendly and speak good english •Cleaning every 4th day, but in case of need the cleaning service is available •Laundry service •Big breakfast menu •There are friendly dogs living/watching for the premises •Motorbikes for rent •Staff takes you to the pier when you leave Cons •Without driving a motorbike it’s a long way to go even to the nearest restaurant/shop •The road should be fixed a little •Bungalow gets hot when it’s not windy •Smoothie bowls were a little disappointment: 150baht for an icy dragon fruit soup All together we wanna thank for a lovely stay. Will definitely stay at PP.land again!

Love This Place!”
Really enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet location, nothing but the sound of wind and waves to lull you to sleep. Bungalows are simple, fan cooled, with a lock box, desk, and night tables, but are a bit dimly lit - needed a flashlight to read in bed. A small reading lamp on the night stand would be an improvement. Nice sea-view veranda with hammock and chairs. Wifi is quite fast but available only at the pool and restaurant. The resort is a bit isolated, but easy to remedy by renting a motorbike, otherwise walk to the pier in 15 to 20 minutes. Had a refreshing swim in the pool each day. Not a great beach for swimming, but good for exploring. At low tide you can walk far, perhaps the only footprints you'll see will be your own. If you wish to swim in the sea, the same owners run another resort with a perfect beach a short moto ride away. I ate all my meals on site. Food was excellent and portions generous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great value at a very well run resort

Vacation in paradise”
We've been staying at the P.P. Land in Kho Phayam, Thailand and enjoyed it very much. The place was very clean and cosy. The staff and the owners were very helpful and exeptionally frendly. It is almost a must to rent a scooter in order to get to places on the island. Despite the fact of high season, we found ourselves in paradise and explored deserted beaches. It truely is a beautiful island away from mass tourism and we hope it will stay this way.

Excellent value!”
PP Land Beach Eco Resort is wonderful! It is very well-run. It's very quiet, the food is natural, the grounds are beautiful, the bungalows are fantastic, and the beach is right there.

Oasis off the beaten path”
We arrived early in the morning after a 9 hour overnight bus and were able to go to our room where we had an ocean view and then napped until 2pm! No stress and wonderful! We tried leaving the resort a few times but quickly returned as there is little reason to leave. The other side of the island is the tourist hot spot with hotel after hotel and bar after bar but this place is out of the way and if that's for you then I reccomend it 100%! The restaurant was excellent and the staff very very friendly. It's like a family experience. The only negative thing I can say is that they have no book explaining how things at the resort work and it's kind of learn by doing which was no problem it just would have been nice to know. Also, the huts all have toilet and shower but are semi outside. I'm a shy person in the bathroom and had no problem! Ease stay here if you want an oasis away from it all!!

Peaceful natural haven”
We absolutely loved our stay at this serene property, and extended it from our original 2 nights to 4. It is situated on a perfectly private swimmable beach, on a nice breezy property, there’s an amazing salt water swimming pool, super lovely bungalow looking out at the sea, hammock on deck, open-air washroom, great coffee and fresh juices available, super friendly service from Min and Paul :) We found the entire island to be walkable (walked from here to all of the island’s different beaches, to town, to the temple...) - however they also offer scooter rentals at super reasonable prices. For us, everything was perfect, it was an amazing space to unwind, and we would love to return some time. That said, if you need nightlife, are afraid of the dark, or not into walking, you may find this spot too remote. You should also note that their lovely onsite restaurant is only open for breakfast, so be prepared to venture out.

What a great place!”
Great place to stay! Very relaxing. Bungalow was rustic but clean with a comfy bed, a mosquito net, a fan, and a cold water shower. Had a great view of the sunrise each morning from my bed. At low tide you can walk nearly a mile down the beach, and your footprints may very well be the only ones you see. Enjoyed a very refreshing dip in the swimming pool each day. Ate most of my meals at the on-site restaurant and was very happy with the quality and quantity of the food. Staff were friendly and helpful, as was the owner. They greeted me by name each time they saw me, a nice personal touch. Be aware that wifi is only available in the public area. The hotel is a bit isolated, as are most of the hotels on this island, so if you wish to venture out and explore the island, it's necessary to rent a motorbike (200-250 Baht per day). And no young children! No offense, all you parents of young children, but sometimes it's just nice to relax without the pitter patter of little feet. My only regret is that I saved this place for last. Next time I will stay longer.

The best resort in Thailand ”
We really enjoyed staying at PP Land, booked 2 nights at first but end up staying 5. Would have stayed longer, if we had not booked another bungalow from other resort in advance. Very peaceful and relaxing place, no other resorts nearby and no children allowed. Someone had complained about the lack of reading light in the rooms, but we had one and had no problem with reading during the dark nights. All and all, this was one of the best resorts we have stayed in our travels in Thailand. We will defenitely be back!

Lovely place”
In our opinion best place to stay on the island. Lovely private beach where the sea doesn't go out too far, as compared to the other beaches. Nice cooling breeze pretty much always there (no air at all on some of the other beaches) and nice pool to cool off in. Bungalows comfortable, simple & clean and the fan placed just above the bed is a good idea. Good food in the restaurant too. However, the resort is isolated, we would recommend hiring a scooter. Try to get one in the village as soon as you arrive. I think we got the last one available, there don't seem to be enough for everyone!

Lovely location with service minded attitude”
We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at PP Land! PP Land is situated directly on the shore with direct access to the beach, very idyllic and relaxing. On high-tide the beach is OK for bathing, but on low-tide you'll have a long walk to get the your feet wet. Meals is generally served in generous portion size and in good quality. Food looks nice, served with a smile and taste good. Be aware that room specification do not include air-con or hot water. But the windows is equipped with mosquito nets and the breeze from the sea gets temperatures during the night to a bearable level. The cold water isn't actually cold, so it works fine anyway. We rented a motorbike at the hotel, it worked as the rest - good. Would not hesitate to book at PP Land again.

Nice and beautiful beach”
We enjoyed very much our stay there. Bungalow was nice, clean and big. Beach was beautiful and quiet, felt like we had own beach because there was only few people and us. Staff was friendly. There was only on restaurant near and it was expensive.

Perfect place to relax and unwind”
pp land was the perfect place for me, it was quiet and peaceful, a nature lovers paradise. i saw many different birds, including hornbills and green pidgeons. small green and white frogs chirped around the restaurant all day and beautiful butterfies flitted around. i went for a walk every morning; there are many shady paths, paved and unpaved, criss crossing the island through cachew and rubber plantations with pockets of original jungle to explore. in the afternoons i relaxed in my hammock reading books and in the evenings i went for a stroll along the beach often with a couple of dogs for company. from my bungalow i could watch the sunrise, if you want to watch the sunset it's a short walk to the other bay. i went to sleep to the sound of the sea and the many insects. i'd booked for five nights, stayed another three and was sad to leave. i look forward to my next stay.

Quiet, good beach, good value”
Really nice room with comfortable bedand big bathroom. Hot water would have got me up a rating :) Even though we were in the back row of bungalows we still had sea views and it was less windy. Short walk to the village gave us lots more dining options than other properties. The resort restaurant is nothing special and when linked with the poor customer service better to be missed. A really lovely beach with good swimming and rock pool exploring at low tide. The beach here is under rated by the guide books. There is a great little cafe just opened up the beach for great, simple breakfasts and lunches -Kookies Café. Run by a local lady and her French husband.

the perfect relaxed hangout to discover koh phayam”
Owner is great and very helpful. You can rent motorcycles from the resort to discover the islands beaches and to go out. The garden is beautiful, the food is very nice. The beach view villa's all have hammocks from which you can relax while watching the tide coming and going. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you
