Good Value”
I paid $10 per night in high season, so I loved this place. It has ac, clean new bedding, hot water, great view of the jungle and impressive mountain cliffs in the back rooms, great ocean views from the front rooms, close but not too close to all the action, right on the beach. On the down side, its a bit run down (but functional), and the wifi didn’t work in the room (had to go outside). But for the price I paid, I was super impressed! I think this hotel is worth $45 per night.

Great location. Bungalows have been refreshed”
The location is a 5 minute walk from the pier and the centre of shops, bars, and restaurants. While having the beach at your door step.....literally... step off your private balcony onto the sand. An easy walk to the action and nightlife, but far enough that you don’t get the noise of the clubs which are going till the small hours. We had a bungalow which allows you to relax and people watch from the balcony while recharging for the evening activities. The bungalows, and possibly the other rooms have been refreshed giving a modern feel without loosing the character of the place. Really enjoyed our stay.

Room 7/10 Room is spacious enough however AC on our room wasn't cold enough. Experience could've been better if not because of the AC. We reported it & someone checked but didn't do any change. Location 9/10 Perfect for people who wants peace & wants to stay away from the party noise. The front beach is very accessible & just few walk. They also have swimming pool access so we enjoyed that more. Front beach water not too clean but bearable because of many boats anchored. Toilet 7/10 Water pressure wasn't to good because of the shower head design, hope they could improve the water pressure. I can say it's clean though. Staff 8/10 Staff are very accommodating & friendly. Except staff in Phi Phi Nice Beach Hotel Hip where the pool access was, the staff there (the one mopping the floor) was snob & scolded us for walking at the lobby wet but how do they expect us to reach the lobby & talk to reception if we are not to walk that way, shout? very stupid. If you read this, please like! :)

Perfect to enjoy the island”
A little far from the party places (15min walk) and the center (10 min walk), however very calm, right next to the beach... and amazing beach bar right in front of the hotel, with great food, best staff ever, and perfect drinks. The massages right next to hotel are also good. We came for 2 nights... stayed 2 more nights. And then again once more. The bathrooms could be improved, but for a few nights beach stay it's not a problem.

Basic Bungalow ”
We were met at the Pier when our ferry arrived and a kind staff member transported our luggage. This hotel is not by the main busy area but is to the left of the pier and a bit quieter but an easy walk to the action at night if you want. The bed was comfortable and the AC managed to cool the room down in the evening. The bathroom was sparse but clean and the toilet, shower and sink were all together -no separation. The beach was nice with free chairs and a nice reggae bar that served beverages and played great music was there as well. It was fun, but basic and if you aren’t looking for a pool or anything fancy this place works well.

I found 6 cockroaches in the bath. No body cleaned my room the whole stay. The place is basic and looks kind of whack.. For that price i wouldnt recommend.. and because of the insects i wouldnt recomment at all. If i could get my money back i would be glad to.

It was not the greatest hotel. Location was not central on the island, aircon did not work properly we were moved to another room with a fan & aircon but aircon still did not work. Towels had marks on them. The bathroom did not have pleasant smell and the rooms werent well kept. Its a very basic hotel.

Beachside Relaxation”
I've read a lot of varying reviews of this hotel. It's important to keep things in perspective. Koh Phi Phi is a tropical island, therefore there will be cockroaches and mosquitoes. The room was incredibly comfortable: air-conditiong, hot showers, and a quiet neighborhood (all - especially the last - luxuries during high season). The beach is seconds away, and a very short stroll leads you to massage locations and a cabana bar (with very nice pina coladas). If you don't want to wash your feet of before going in the room or deal the possibility of some local fauna (read: a few insects), try the fancier resorts, not the bungalows.

A bunch of cottages close to the beach”
The Phi Phi Nice beach resort is a place to go and relax and enjoy Phi Phi Island beach. We had a large garden room that had a tv, fridge, ac, overhead fan and a large bed. The room has what you need to enjoy life at the beach. if you are a finicky person who needs to be doted on then it's the wrong place for you. There is no maid service, wifi never worked,and you have to go to the desk to ask for water or clean towels. HOWEVER, aside from service issues the staff is friendly and the hotel is great. Room have a safe also. I would stay here again. We stayed here 5 days total as we extended the stay by 2 more days.

Great location just 30meters to the beach, very quite place, staff extraordinary and really helpful (we did late check out), it is the second time we are here and it is really the best place to stay in Phi-Phi!!!

The place was right on the ocean and away from the loud crazy party of koh phi phi but walking. Distance if that's what ya want The rooms are very simple and bathroom nothing to write home about and staff not the best but if you want to relax in the beach away from it all this is perfect!

Great Location perfect for quick stop over”
We went to Phi Phi for just one night and strolled along the beach looking for accommodation on the beach. We were lucky enough to get a beach facing bungalow. The rooms are very basic but perfect for what we needed - a place to put our heads and a bathroom. A nice touch was access to the swimming pool at the Phi Phi Nice Hip Hotel close by. We were not looking for any meals as we were diving early the next day so our needs were met perfectly.

nice location and quiet enough”
The best thing of the Phi Phi Nice Beach Resort is its location. It is far enough from the loud parties up the beach that you can sleep. It is also just a skip and a jump from the beach. The room had a good working AC and that is all I really needed. If I were to go back to Phi Phi I would definitely consider staying here again. The island is a bit pricey, but the Phi Phi Nice Beach Resort is reasonably worth it.

I really liked this place, just in front of the beach and there are some nice places to have food and mini mart is close by. Its located in quiet area so not party party place at night. Hot shower and air con room. I will be back here again if I would visit koh phiphi.

Beach front bungalows”
The beach front bungalows are in great place, few steps to the beach. The yard between bungalows and beach is covered by the shades of tree, that saves from too much sun. In few steps the is a nice bar and masage. The place is calm, few minutes walk from center. For me the place was perfect. The thing I didnt like: bungalows are old and need repairs. The handrails in terace are broken and unsafe. Anyway there is hot water, working wifi and quite comfortable bed. If you dont want to spent time in the room, it is worth choosing this place.
