The stay in the hotel generally is good expect that we dint get to fully utilize the facility as most of the time we were out, aside to that the place has a great view over looking the city as its location is set above the rest, would definitely stay in Napalai again if we were to visit Udon Thani again😊

The Napalai staff were a highlight, that despite some shortcomings in their English language, performed to the highest standards. Arranging local transport to take me to local points of interest and getting a good price for the service was much appreciated. They also infotmed me of places I could ear, places I could visit and how to reach variouses places on foot. The smiles and the friendliness reminded me of Bangkok 25 years ago before money became the number one thing taking away the smiles that symbolised Siam.

Hotel needs improving.”
The breakfast was dissapointing. for a claim of such collection and prestige they could have a better morning buffet. the rooms were excellent, however no massage service in house, nor do they offer 24hr room service, so if you arrive late, you have nothing to eat, would be nice if they offer a small store in the lobby or someplace to make it easier. check out was 30 minutes. which in most hotels is far too long. even I told them we didnt consume anything from the minibar, it took them so long. if they have our information and we paid thru agoda then they should make our checkout express or faster. the hotel is not wheel chair friendly, to goto the restaurants, you cannot use a wheel chair. so this was another problem as I was traveling with my dad who uses a wheel chair. this was a difficult task.

Really awesome Room + Facility + Service”
Very professional service. We arrived at the airport at 7:30 AM and requested a pick up without appointment and they sent a car within 20 min. The staffs are always helping and courteous whenever we wanted to do things like getting a tuk-tuk (they call it "Skylab" there), a taxi, or simply asking where are good places to go visit in town. The inside of the hotel is really clean and well-maintained. The age of the place has the charm of a well-established hotel. The pool is really immaculate and is located in the perfectly private area. The room is new, clean, and spacious. I love the little coffee / rice-scented soap they use in the bathroom so much I even asked them some to take back to show to friends. The only meal we ate at the hotel is the breakfast. There is quite a variety of food. The food is decent but the taste was only so-so. The only thing I had to complain is the noise during the night. It seemed that there was a party inside the hotel that lasted until after midnight. I called the operator to ask if he can help, but it seemed to be of no avail. The noise kind of died down by itself around 1:30 AM. Overall, great facilities, great amenities, great service. Could improve a bit on the food taste and the noise at night.

8th/9th floor was recently renovated but bathroom is still bad”
There is a nightclub call Rhythm just 30 seconds walk from the hotel... (as far as I heard, it's quite a famous one in Udon Thani) if you like clubbing... may be that's a pro... in hotel room you dont hear much sound from the nightclub... so it's still ok. The renovated 8th/9th floor is much better than the old one.... but still bathroom is very small... shower over narrow bathtub without any partition or curtain... after you shower... the whole bathroom will be wet... the bathtub is narrow and curved bottom (not flat) when water runs it could be slippery... a false and improper design... towels are not fresh as it supposed to be... they smell bad... when you ask for a new fresh towel... they will charge 100baht per new towel.... other amenities is so so... in rooom power outlet are poorly located and very inconvenient.... if you need to charge one phone it's ok.... if you have two phones... then there's a problem... some staffs are quite friendly and spme of them are the opposite...

This hotel have 2 building which consist of older with much cheaper room cost & the newer room with better room renovations & furniture ... so this hotel is a bit aged but still good stay with comfy bed

Awsome Experience by luck.”
Hotel was just completely repair and with a new lift to receive high government official. You must see the lobby and the Ninth floor. Country living room was really amazing. The bathroom was spacious. But, Wish I could stay on the Ninth floor. Great breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful.

Big Improvement with recent remodelling”
I'm pleased with all staffs including the housekeepers who went out of their ways to meet my requests for extra foods preps for religious offerings and celebrations. The hotel was just elegantly remodeled; the room and the bathrooms are spacious and cozy. Just loved it.

Good Hotel”
I think so far it's very nice hotel. I believe it was remodeled not so long ago. The downside is staff should make themselves look more friendly. I think people at reception are barely smile (almost everyone) but they are polite enough. Location is somewhat okay close to airport but not super close to the city. If u wanna walk, please avoid doing so in the summer cuz it will be super hot!!!!

Well-known hotel in Udonthani”
This hotel has been well-known to the people in Udonthani. Facility is satisfactory, but a little bit older than the pictures on the website. The location is NOT close to downtown, so you have to take a taxi-ride to enjoy cheap and delicious local Thai food. The greatest problem that you might face during your stay in this hotel is a shower. The position of the shower and structure of the bathroom is strange. However, the room inside is clean and neat. Bar in this hotel has a very good atmosphere to enjoy good cocktails with acoustic singers.

Good hotel decorations”
It has a disco club within the premise of the hotel, so its loud every night we stayed. The furnishing is somewhat old, but the room was still kept clean. We are a group of 2 adults and 1 child, but the breakfast vouchers were only for 2 adults, we had to pay extra for our child. location is good as it is near the airport.

Will not stay there again. Said the pool was under repair. Looked like for a long time, by the colour of the water. Nice room, with 10 TV channels!! Great breakfast, but the food we ordered at dinner was not good.

Small cost stay for the night”
I've stayed here many times mostly due to the business parts I have to visit. The hotel is clean and surrounded but many eating places in the morning and evening. Functional but nothing special.

Little out of town ”
My wife and I stayed for 2 nights then a night in the country when we returned I booked what I thought was the same room. Be careful a delux room is not the same as the delux luxury the later being up dated rooms a fair difference in standard and of coarse you pay the extra Rooms are very clean very comfy bed shocking shower terrible my only real Complaint Breakfast is ok for a farang probably more suited for Thais Over all good value reasonably good standard at a very good rate

Poor Management”
There are: • No guidance in rooms for phone numbers • No laundry bags. No Guidance if I should use the towel basket in the shower room. I used another hotel laundry bag and had to take this to reception. • Room: Light switches are scattered all over the room. It is difficult to find and to turn them off before sleeping • Only soap. No Tooth Brush, No Shampoo, No Conditioner, razor etc. Need to go to the 7-11 300 to 500m away from the hotel on the street. No hotel dispensers with these accessories. • No Clear guidance to the gymnasium or pool. NO towels in the gym or pool area. NO guidance to take a room towel • Very limited lighting at level 1 café area where there is a sign to the pool and gymnasium • The steps at the gymnasium are a SAFETY concern. Black steps are difficult to see with poor lighting and no markings. Simple markings should be used before someone slips and falls. • In general, the hotel is very very dark and very limited lighting. Safety visibility concerns in many areas: Many locations for slips trips and falling hazards • Safety boxes in reception is outdated and very time consuming to use. The evening service is a disgrace E.g. 21:40 hours I wanted to order room service. Called the number NO answer. Tried to call reception NO answer. Called again and again. Almost had to go down to see if someone was there. At last my call was answered. Then I was put on hold and passed to another who sent people to my room to order a club Sandwich. I just wanted to order something to eat. It was a major activity to order.

Nice decorated hotel which should be 4* but many details are missing - only one keycard, noisy aircondition, not easy to control temperature of watter, big flat TV but only Thai channels. Staf is very friendly but english is a problem...
