Great stay free ride to airport ”
We stayed here for our last night in Phu Quoc. This is more on the strip and near the airport. We were able to check in early and our room was huge and lovely. Cute balcony with view of the pool. Clean sheets and bathroom.... a must. We rented a motorbike from them with ease. They set up our transportation which is free from the hotel to the airport and were on time to the airport.

Great place with double swimming pool. The one thing I would correct is the breakfast service. Girls were making that as they were hungry on the whole world. I can understand unprofessional students but their attitude could be much better!

Very Helpful Staff”
Nice clean rooms with a decent breakfast. We didn't use the pools at all since both pools were too cold, it was always windy during the time we were there so i guess this was just unfortunate. One minus would definitely be that if you have the "sea" view in the old building then you will have loud music at night coming from the restaurants outside. However i can't stress enough how much the staff are helpful even with the limited English. When we arrived i find out that we had 2 beds instead of three and it turned out to be an issue from my side but the front desk quickly arranged for an extra bed to be brought in the room and even gave me a discounted rate for it. Also it must be said that the beach is located on the other side of the road and you have walk ~5 mins through a construction site to get to the beach. There were a couple of days when the workers closed the gates and we have to climb around it to get to the beach. Just be aware of that fact.

Breakfast is good. very nice staff and service with transport to the airport. The room is okay, only one thing need to improve is the air condition, it's old and not much useful. The location is near the airport, but quite far from town, nothing to do in near location.

Good: - spacious room, 4-star hardware facilities, gd varieties buffet breakfast, satisfactory Eng. standard of receptionists. Areas for Improvement: - strong & terrible peep smell behind the bed area, for which a deep cleaning is required.

Great and definitely is my hotel choice”
I and my parents stayed for 3 nights at a Triple deluxe room. I am a travel agent, so i could find where should be the best. Praha Hotel is just great with cleaniness, good breakfast and especially perfect staff (Receptionist Ms Diem and Ms Thao). Free airport transfers, useful advices and ...all nearly perfectly. This hotel is like 4*, not a 3* hotel. Totally agree the point over 9 and will my hotel choice for next time in Phu Quoc island Khách sạn tuyệt vời, giá cả hợp lý, nhân viên đặc biệt nhiệt tình và ân cần. Tất nhiên sẽ là lựa chọn khách sạn cho lần kỳ nghỉ tiếp theo của tôi và người thân.

The perfect choice for a perfect stay”
This is the third time I stay at Praha, not because I couldn't find another place (there are plenty of choices in the Island to please the average traveller), but because Praha Hotel is superb. To start with, the staff - the old staff recognise me every time I go, that's a nice feeling as it makes me feel like at home. The new staff is also nice and very friendly. Secondly, the service - for instance this time I needed a bike for a few days and although the hotel was completly full and the bikes too for that matter, the staff managed to get one from their own employee so i could enjoy my stay.

Perfect pool, friendly staff, spectacular seaview from upper floor rooms ”
The hotel is located in an area with some of the best restaurants on Phu Quoc Island. My parents and l spent two wonderful nights there. Staff speak good English and are helpful. The breakfast buffet is tasty. The only drawback is that despite its nearness to the Long Beach, the road leading to the waterfront is muddy because of construction going on. I hope the government will build us a good road soon.

Great stay!! Nice new rooms, great pool, excellant breakfast and helpful staff. Right on strip and costs about 60 dong to night market and super easy to get taxi's. You can walk across road to go to beach also, very nice beach (a bit of garbage on way but not on the sand area) you can also walk to Cami's restaurant (turn left across bridge, restaurant on left) we had a amazing meal there, and excellant staff as well. This was our second place we stayed on Phu quoc and My husband and I really enjoyed this place.

First time to phu quoc”
Overall, my stay at Praha was good. i will break it down in details of good/bad or improvement is needed. Good: 1. Facility is cleaned. 2. Staffs are friendly and helpful. 3. Breakfast was good. 4. Airport pick up/drop off. Improvements are needed in: 1. A/c unit isn't as cold as it needs to be since the temperature in phu Quoc soaring 90 degree plus. 2. Safe lock box was not bolted in the wall. You can simply carry that little box with you easily. These are some of the things I experienced when staying at Praha. I hope these issues can be addressed and fixed to better improve quality of the faculty.

The perfect spot in a wonderful island”
Praha has become my regular place when visiting the island. It is a beautiful hotel with awesome cheerful staff (attentive to the detail). In other words, just the right place to be while in PQ.
