Good but internet very slow (cut off)”
Please include HBO and Fox cable movie so people don’t have to use wifi. Excellent staff but wifi very slow and cut off several times. Had to call to ask them to reset. Stayed a total 5nights (extended).

I stayed my first 2 nights here in Udon. There are plenty of better hotels to stay at in better areas near Central Plaza. The room was ok and Bed comfy. But alittle dated. Wifi not perfect. Staff were friendly though at least. Aircon and Belcony was ok too. And at least they let us check in early to a room.

Good budget hostel”
Check-in/out is quick & convenience. Location is convenience to lots of food -- almost 24/7. Right in the middle of the city. Parking is a sharing space with businesses in the square. Free parking for hostal customers. A bit dissapointed as compared to Prajaktra design hotel by the park was much better. Staffs are attentive to fixed issue (my bed sheet has black stain in which staff clarified that the bed sheet is clean but the stain couldn't be wash-off which appeared to be by the pillow & plug-in location) bed sheet got changed right away upon requested. The door was broken--unable to slide open/close. Restroom size is quite limited as well as the amenity. TV remote controller is quite hard to used to change channal/volume. No view available from the window & no sound proof as all neighbors in/out access can be heard from inside of the room. Extra keycard required 200THB deposit.

Strange building, rooms exposed to outside. ”
My superior room and every other room in this hotel has about 2-3 cm opening between the frame of balcony door and the wall. This ugly building flaw exposes interior to hot weather outside, my air con was not able to make the room cold, i felt hot air was blowing inside from this huge opening. Superior room has water kettle but no tea or coffee ! They don't serve coffee or tea at the lobby as well, unusual for a hotel. Superior room was barely average, don't expect much from this place.

Professional staffs, Clean, new rooms, location, price. I think they have 2 branches in Udon Thani and the other one is even better. I though the price was too cheap but when i looked closely to udon thani hotels are usually in a good condition with a very good price. Hope asian people dont make the price go up again because i think udon thani is famous for western old people to settle down after retire i was wondering why the prices are so low..

Their service is good, especially the manage/ supervisor. She helped us to get a driver who is willing to fetch us to wat pa phu Kon, talay bua daeng & airport at 2100 THB. Really appreciate her help! Must visit Wat pa phu kon & Talay Bua Daeng... the temple located at the jungle and it's very far from udon thani, will take around 3 hours journey, but it's worthy! We visit Talay Bua Daeng during 10th of November, there's some pink lotus, but the lake is not full of the lotus yet. =(
