The neighbourhood is safe, there are shopping places in walking distance, amazing food stalls to eat in and O.K massage parlour down the street gives the best massages after a long day. Also centralnplaza mall is just around the corner as well as the very happening Jodds fair street market. I recommend ♡

I'm there for ice hockey 🏒 tourney. So big room is my main priority n this place has it. Comes with the size of the room I m looking for. It's like a 1 room condo. With mini kitchen, separate room, balcony, toilet, a hallway wif sofa. Perfect. 1 point bad is a bit noisy since is facing a small lane main road.. Easy access to 711 n laundry DIY jst few steps away frm the hotel, many food stalls around it n nearby jodds Fairs nightmarket + malls. Central plaza & others. I will definetly come back to stay. Perfect for 👫 couples to stay longer days in bkk. I stayed for 5 nights.

Everything is perfect including the very trustful room cleaning staff, I bow for you, khop khun krap!! Very negative is that the management is asking for 200 THB if you need the room 1 hour after the general check out time. This is why I think I go back to my old home hotel ??? There I can stay up to 4 hours after check out.

Great value for the price”
This was the second time I've stayed at the Praso Residence and I'll probably stay there again on future visits. For what you pay, it's a great value. It's close to the Tesco shopping complex and MRT subway stations which makes it super convenient. You'll definitely find another hotel with better location, more amenities, and more bells & whistles, but at a much higher price. For what I need, a clean room with decent space at a great price, the Praso definitely earns my recommendation.

Near to my son”
We choose the Praso because it is very near to where my son lives in Bangkok. The accommodation is just behind the the big Malls at Phra Rama and the Metro stop there. The Praso is basic and clean with a handy 7 11 next door. The price per night is very good. Really could do with a kettle in the room. Very good air con need as it is 40 degreen here just now. Third stay here for budget and convenience.
