I've stayed here many times over the years and know most of the staff who always make me feel welcome. Ideal location for fishing Palm Tree Lagoon and they pick you up and drop you off here every day. It's spotlessly clean with WiFi Aircon and large screen TV in the rooms and free hot drinks in reception.

staff is a bit rude”

not very friendly staff, they ask you questions that have nothing to do with your stay, for example they asked us if our visa was still valid.. and than they wanted to see our pasport and our visas.. why?? the room is ok but you can get better in this city for the same or less $

standard room, clean and convenient”

I really appreciate a stay at the hotel. It is in the middle of the city, very convenient. The hotel is very close to food avenue and 24 hour mini-mart(only 2 minutes walk). The room is very huge since i had two big luggages with me but there was a lot more space. The breakfast set is acceptable, worth the price. If I have a chance to visit Ratchaburi city again, I will stay here. Thank you very much for the guard who help me with the luggages.

Good hotel to stay at near the center of town”

We had a good time staying at the Prawapa Place. The front desk staff were polite, efficient and spoke enough english to take care of our needs . Prawapa Place is one of the taller buildings in the area, with about 12 floors i believe, so a good view from the upper floors. Breakfast that was included, was kind of a la carte, with not a lot for choices, but was tasty enough. Rooms were good, with a minifridge, tv, and a comffy bed. The bathroom was different, you basically had to sit in the tub to have a shower. Parking was tight, and when the hotel was busy had to wind around to the back.

Good and quiet location, spacious room, comfortable bed, and decent food options nearby. If you're looking for a good night's sleep without any unpleasant surprises, Prawapa Place is a well priced no frills choice.Would be perfectly happy to stay here again.

This was a great value for money hotel. Room was massive and clean. Breakfast was cheap and nice.

Stay somewhere else”

This was such an awful place, we left two days into a four day stay, even though we had prepaid. No refund was offered. From the moment of arrival it was just terrible. The awful smell in the car park goes right through the lobby and to the breakfast area. The room lacked so many basics you expect from a hotel. No clock, no information pack, no pen or notepad, no minibar. The bedding was at least one size smaller than the bed, the bedroom air conditioner blew straight on you as you tried to sleep. The fridge is connected to the room pass, so if you go out, all your cold drinks are warm when you return, and your ice cream is melted. Breakfast is a single choice from a basic menu, and then they can't get that right. Coffee was sludge and undrinkable, they use powder creamer instead of fresh milk. Avoid this hotel, unless you are filming reality TV.

FEELING DISAPPOINTED”

I was disappointed with this hotel. I booked a family suite but was given one Queen size bed and 2 singles (steel beds). The queen size bed is in a proper bedroom with doors and mirror, but the 2 single beds were arranged in the living hall of the big empty 'suite'. One of the steel bed is without the wooden plank or spring. With the thin mattress, you can feel the steel frames on your back. Due to communication barrier (they can hardly speak English) and late night check-in, the 4 of us just have to be squeezed into the other Double bed and the single steel bed. We can't wait to check-out the very next morning, feeling cheated and annoyed. Location wise - it's near to a hospital and we can hear sirens from ambulance the whole night long. A food court and Chinese restaurant nearby. Overall, will not consider this hotel anymore.
