                Its very good hotel, Yes they have some rules & regulations which many of the guests may don't like but they seem to be open for discussion & provide the best of service. Staff is cooperative & professional. Predominantly filled with foreign tourist, hence some time it seems that more attention is given towards them & less on Indians. Overall I will rate it 8/10.

                Worst experience ever in life”
                well i am booking with Agoda since last 3 years ,but when i book for prazeres resort 2 rooms for 2 night , when we reached to the resort they give us dirty and none use rooms , there is no any kind of facilities , we talk with resort manager , he said we have only this room and said Agoda buy their rooms at just pea-nuts cost . so for that they can provide like this rooms. then i call to Agoda customer care and describe all this things, also mail them photos . they said they will refund us , we change the hotel but still no money refund to me .....this is very shame full thing about Agoda , if agoda customer care read this review then contact me on my email ....

                First please dont book hotels from Agouda with reference to this hotel. coz hotel dont cancel or give refund if you dont like the rooms for the hotel, as a result you will have to stay helplessly in any room they give. and hotel managment is very smart they they give you irrespective rooms of what you been shown. secondly there is no TV facility very stinking rooms. not even proper service from staff and management. i cant even rate it as 2 star

                Bad treatment”
                The hotel management said they have a mail from agoda but haven't confirmed our booking even though we had paid online on agoda. If they don't take bookings through agoda they should have not listed on the website. It caused a lot of hassle and after hours of traveling I was without a room even after paying online. They told me cancel online and book fresh which is highly unprofessional. I think action should be taken against such properties.

                Как будто попал в гетто. Комната убогая, темная. Все старое. Розетки все еле живые. Интернета нет. Вокруг одни пьяные пакетники. Всех малоимущих пакетников свозят именно в этот отель. Слаба богу что мы там оказались случайно и всего на одну ночь.
