Need Major Physical Improvement”
It’s a good hotel, in my opinion. But the building was kinda old and lots of spot that need not only maintenance, but also major improvement. The room was big, for sure, very spacious for a transit purpose like I had. All facilities in the room worked properly. The breakfast was nice, they have a pool that can be accessed through the restaurant. I read lots of complaints about this hotel service, this was my second stay and so far I am generally satisfied. Hopefully the management will consider to upgrade the hotel for a better service. It’s a four star hotel after all.

Positive: Next to shopping complex. Good location Negative: Room is not maintained well with broken cabinet, dirty carpet and windows and broken water pipes. We stay for 4 nights, they never replaced our towels or bed sheet.

There is no fridge in the room and the wood floor peel off. Aircondition not working well and a bit warm. Need to be refurbished and review the star rating to reflect the actual condition.

Im waiting room from 0800am to 1430 pm. Elevator from hotel to shoping mall not actived (under maintanance) Air condition for cabin air flow very slow. Hot No. Ais box, No menu for delivery food Towel same too old and not 5 star standard. To many.. I hope this hotel to review back the service and quility service provider.

Toilet dirty & sink leaking, shower in one of my rooms was not working and not repaired. Towels worn out & torn, chair in room stained & old. Saw cockroach near bread toaster during breakfast. The only good thing about this hotel is the location which is near the airport.

Worst place to stay in padang”
Thebplace looks nice when checking in- however we got taken to our room - entering we saw two unmade beds and people’s luggage! They let us into someone else’s room! Next room was too small, last room was an ‘upgrade’ but clearly hadn’t been used in months. AC barely worked. Dirty carpets, no shower curtain. The bar said they had run out of beer. But that wasn’t even usually beer available. Not sure why it’s called the hotel lounge. Breakfast as a joke. Supposed to open at 6am. Got down there at 6:10 and lights were still off- turned them on and the food had been put out the night before and then warmed up on candles. Brutal. DO NOT STAY HERE!

No aircond in the lobby and room 406”
Front office receptionist did not greet and no smiles from them. My room was not readied untill 2.40pm. The staffs looks unwelcoming. I felt humiliated with their arrogant attitude. I booked 2 superior rooms and room 406 aircond was faulty. A maintenance technician came but no difference made. I called up the front office and was told there were no more superior room and left only with standard rooms which has no windows! My husband went down personally to complain and finally they give a room 453 which has a window but smaller in size. We were fine with it although my initial booking did request for connecting room but it was not fulfilled which I booked more than 3months advance. Wifi connection is poor in both rooms. Breakfast range was decent. But the fried rice and fish sambal was salty. Check out was early at 5.30am but no receptionist was present. We were served by a bellboy. The connecting mall has Matahari supermarket and some food outlets and retailers.
