We enjoyed our weekend stay. Room was very clean and we were lucky enough to have a balcony. Sadly due to COVID no breakfast, bar or pool available. Staff very helpful. Close by to cafes for a great morning coffee.

It is very confusing when Premier Hotel and Apartments is also known by another name. We were unaware that the restaurant is currently closed. This was not the information on the website. We feel y our website should be immediately updated and the differences in name should be explained. We arrived in the early evening, tired after driving from Melbourne and to be advised there were no eating options apart from "down the road, there are eating places" was not a great help to us.

Handy to Westfield and easy access to the rest of Belconnen. My room was quiet and I liked the voucher offset in lieu of room cleaning. Most of all I liked that it was a non-smoking hotel and that you were prepared to enforce it. I hope to be in Canberra again and if I require a hotel, I will certainly see if the Premier Hotel is available.

we were very happy with our stay. room was reasonably priced, check in/check out was quick and straight forward, friendly service, nice big room, nice new hd tvs in bedroom and living area, pay tv, plenty of parking. belconnen isn't our first choice for a holiday destination, but if we need to stay here again we would definitely come back to the premier inn.

My stay was very very comforting. Unfortunately things didn't go right in Canberra for me, but it was reassuring to know I had a very nice room, with a spacious bed, large bathroom, two televisions, a nice living area, and very nice construction of the hotel with its seperate wings parting from (but still connected to) the main restraunt and reception building. The car park was emmauclate and I regret not bringing a car. Privacy was no issue and I had the freedom to do as I wished with regards to when I could leave the room, and the hotel in general. The only things I could complain about would be a lack of pool, a lack of more stories on the hotel (perhaps including a pool in one of the wings and putting rooms above it) and the cleanliness of the outside of the building itself. It needs maintaining more frequently. Regardless, I had a great time, if I return to Canberra, I will defenantly give the Premier some consideration. Thank you for having me.

Buffet Breakfast could be a bit better, in replacing food items with fresh servings a bit quicker. Apart from that, if I had to stay in that area I would choose Premier again.

Lovely hotel in a surprising location”
the recptionist was friendly, polite, and efficient. there was ample parking. the rooms were well laid out and contained everything required for a short stay. the queen bed was comfortable, and the tv (and foxtel) worked fine. there was plenty of room in the functional bathroom. the location (near a small shopping area, and just up the road from belconnen westfield) was convenient - and just a short drive to bruce stadium and the ais.

Good location if you have a car. Nice large room and the bathroom was very big. Bathroom air-conditioning kept the annoying sound, but fortunately it ended when turned off the lights. The breakfast was quite adequate. The coffee was excellent. You can choose a different blend of coffees to prepared with Nespresso machine. The problem is that usually people do not know how to use a Nespresso machine and mess its setups. If ever I go to Canberra again I can absolutely stay in this hotel again but in the same room which was right end of the glass corridor. Corridor door is noisy. especially at night when people are moving.

Plain on the outside, total service on the inside!”
i spent 8 nights here and couldn't fault it much. the management were courteous, friendly, efficient and helpful. i was leading a party and all of my colleagues were most impressed with the hotel which though somewhat plain on the outside offers a high standard of hospitality. my only gripes were the miniscule toiletries provided - must be the smallest i've ever seen. the internet facilities were poor and expensive. fortunately we came equipped with 3g simcards! we tried the data cable connection in the room only to be informed we had used up our quota in just 5 minutes. anymore was available at exhorbitant rates. breakfast was ok on day one but having a good kitchen facility in our 2 bedroom suite we decided to prepare our own breakfast therafter. the kitchenette is extremely well equipped. the suite also contained a dishwasher, a washing machine and a clothes drier. complete! the housemaid service was unobtrusive and faultless. the adjacent markets were handy for both eating and some purchases. a shopping mall was just 10 minutes walk away. highly recommend this hotel.

For all is good, just the location is a little far, need car. Room is clean, but the check in time is late. I think 12pm is perfect. And the bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is almost new. My friends and I have a realy good time there.Next time i will still choose this hotel again.
