"Pretty close to Shinjiku area in working distance, walking to metro at about 5-10 minutes, finding something to eat around is easy."

Excellent location for price!”
My fiancée and I stayed here for over a week while we visited Tokyo, and it was a delight. The location is excellent, a few streets removed from any loudness or bright lights, but close enough that you’ll be immersed in the life of Shinjuku or be able to hop a train to almost anywhere in close to 5 min. The staff was very kind and spoke English quite well. There are not any extra facilities (gym, laundry, etc), but for the price, you cannot get a better location. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I stay in Tokyo. The only people I would not recommend this location for is taller folk (5’8”+) and those with children. The bath/shower ceiling is quite low since quarters are a bit tight, and this hotel is located quite close to the red light district so if your little one is curious you may get some questions about images you might see while walking around.
Nice location and comfortable”
I found the location of the hotel really nice and convenient, it's not right in front of the main Shinjuku station but it's at walk distance from it. The room was totally quiet, despite the area (Kabukicho) which offers a huge amount of clubs and restaurants. The room service includes LAN (wired) internet access for free and it's pretty fast. There is no food/beverage in the fridge, only a drink vendor machine in the corridor. The room is small and there's barely space for your big bag, but that's to be expected in Tokyo. All in all I recommend this hotel and I think I'm going to go there again next time I go to Tokyo.
Overall positive experience ”
Room was a bit cramp for 2 guests. We took the room without breakfast. Breakfast can be added at the hotel for 1100 yen per guest. Hotel is at walking distance from shinjuku station or Higashi shinjuku station. Plenty of foods n night life entertainment nearby. Main entrance is lock from 10pm -6am. Only hotel guest with key card is permissible to enter. Security is not an issue. Room is clean n bed is comfy.
A great place to stay in the heart of Shinjuku”
Pros: - very near the heart of Shinjuku - has a lot of sockets to plug all your gadgets in for charging - very quiet and peaceful neighborhood - about 15 mins away from Shinjuku Station, and you can marvel at the neon lights on the way there - Family Mart and 7/11 are within close proximity Cons: - This was by far the smallest room we booked in 4 different hotels in Japan, and was slightly more expensive as well. OVERALL: This hotel is highly recommended.
Clean and Comfortable”
This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are small, but we're in Tokyo, and you're not paying 40000 yen, so what do you expect. The location is on the edge of the "rough" part of Shinjuku, which is nothing really compared to even not so rough parts of other big cities. Stay to the West along the Seibu Shinjuku line station for a relatively normal walk, or go down the #3 road through the heart of Kabukicho for a view of Shinjuku's red light district; expect to be propositioned. Over all, it was a great location, and I was satisfied with the clean, comfortable rooms for a pretty good price.
Kind staff, 8-minute walk from Shin-okubo station, convenient location with reasonanle price”
Whenever I visit Tokyo, I (nearly) always book this hotel because of kind staff, convenient location (It takes about 8 minutes from Shin-okubo station) with reasonable price. There is a family mart(CVS) near the hotel where you can buy some simple groceries. Please kindly note that when it is over 10pm, the main door to the front gets to be locked so you need to open the door by using your room's card key. I'd definetely book this hotel again in near future when visiting Tokyo. :-)
Small rooms great location. ”
This was a great spot to explore Shinjuku, 10 mins walk from the station, the rooms were small, as most mid range places in Tokyo are. Staff spoke well and were helpful. The only issue was there was no WIFi for 2 days and the staff could not explain why. This can be an issue as travellers are unable to plan their journey.
This was a tiny hotel room, but the space was used very efficiently. Plug ins all over, space under the bed for bags, I do wish the room was large but it seemed to be what was available in this area. This hotel is 15 minutes from shinjuku station, in the heart of the nightlife, but on a quiet street. Bed was comfortable, staff were very kind, breakfast was delicious.
Good for 1 Person”
Conveniently located near Kabukicho/Robot Restaurant (maybe like a 5-10 min walk), so you can stay out late without worrying about catching the last train. Area is safe and no problems walking back to the hotel at 2am. Room is super small including bathroom; good for 1 person. I don't recommend couples unless you packed light and are minimalists, and are skinny body frame. It's not too far from Shinjuku Station...maybe a 15min walk...but at least you sightsee along the way to the station. I couldnt get my TV to work though.
Great locale and clean comfortable room”
I stayed at here for 3 nights - the locale is excellent for Kabukicho, it is on a quiet back street area, but still just a quick walk to the Godzilla building and within walking distance to Shinjuku station. I had a double room non-smoking, and it was a good size for Tokyo standard, and clean if not a little worn around the edges. Lots of nightlife nearby, and also close to Golden Gai.
The room ws spacious with 3 single beds for the 3 of us, and very clean with a good shower. The location is minutes walk away from all the fun of Shinjuku although be aware it's right on the edge of the seedy district but it felt safe and this didn't bother us (other nearby 'hotels' offering escort services).
Small but comfortable”
We had a JR pass so we preferred JR train lines only. Because of this, location of hotel was a bit of a walk from Shinjuku yamanote line station, 15mins walk if you go out the south exit and 10mins if you go out the east exit. We actually didn't mind because there are lots to see along the way but if you are carrying heavy luggage it would be a bit of a hassle. Booked the double room for one night we got one on the 7th floor and so we got a good view of the streets from the window and eventhough the room was small it didnt feel that small because of the window. If you have plenty stuff and luggage it would be a problem Stayed there again another three nights this time only got a small double room and it was indeed slightly smaller but it still worked out well for us - me, my husband and 8month old son. Room was clean, staff were very helpful (they allow baggage storage for free even overnight!) We got breakfast the entire stay and food was delicious.
This is a great location in Shinjuku and typical clean Japanese hotel. Cheaper than the usual, but the rooms are bigger than other choices in the area of the same price.
Good location, very clean.”
I recommend this hotel if Shinjuku is the spot you are looking for, very convenient, walk to tourist are and shopping ，yet very quiet just 2 blocks away from the busy street, very clean bathroom, breakfast including Japanese and western style. staff very polite and speak English.
Well thought out hotel with no extra frill”
The rooms were well sound insulated so we couldn't hear anything outside along the corridor. However, the non smoking rule along the corridor was not observed so the odor does waft into the room once the door was opened. The hotel had thoughtfully provided a febreeze spray in the room to neutralize it. Interesting environment around the hotel though not very ideal for young children to walk through at night as it is in the red light district. Lots of men in dark jackets hanging around at road junctions acting as bouncers. Pretty easy to walk from main Shinjuku station to the hotel. About 15 mins. Even with large luggage in tow. Lots of eateries around. Police station about 80 m from the hotel. Plenty of area maps in the vicinity to help with locations.
Everything great except 1 minor thing ”
Pros: - Smooth check in process - Nice new room - Close to many sights in Shinjuku, and not far from train station Cons: - Our toilet got clogged at night, but they responded almost instantly upon calling the reception. They moved us to another room once they realised they couldn’t fix on the spot
Hotel is walking distance from Shinjuku station and a lot of food, shops, activities around hotel. Hotel room is small but enough to stay. Very clean and good service.
Located on the heart of Kabukijo”
Hotel located 10-15 mins walk from Shinjuku Main station. Surrounding with a lot of Night life Entertainment eg. Restaurant, Club, Bar, Lounge, Game arcade. There is convenient store beside this hotel. Fastly free wireless Internet speed. Appropiated for everyone who prefer nightlife. I like this Hotel. Warning: In Kabukijo should beware stranger, who stand calling customer to his club or anything, cheating customer who don't understand Japaneses.
Love this place”
This is my favorite hotel ever. So close to everything yet two streets far enough away from the crazy of shinjuku. It is clean and safe and kinda feels like home every time I stay here, which I know is wacky to say but, I love it.
Great place to stay in Tokyo!”
Super convenient location. Only a 10min walk to Shinjuku station. Friendly staff and clean hotel. Good room, small but that’s to be expected for Japan. Would stay here again!
