I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and I've been to Japan more than 5 times. (180-95) I'm a big guy, so this is based on my size. The cleanliness is really good, just like the first day. The breakfast is simple and good to eat. There are individual seats, which I personally liked. There are 2 convenience stores nearby, so you can eat a variety of food. There is a big hospital nearby, but the siren sound is not as loud as I thought. The surrounding noise is also minimal. And Shin-Okubo Station is closer than Shinjuku Station, so I moved in that direction. Overall, I think I will use it again next time. There is a place called Kabukicho that is said to be dangerous or sketchy, but there was none of that. There are police officers on the streets 24 hours a day, so it's a neighborhood with thorough security. In summary, I would definitely make a reservation again. And I would recommend it to my friends (not joking).

The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and easy to use. The hotel is right in the heart of Shinjuku so it's a good location for those who want to roam around Shinjuku. It's close to a lot of train stations, about 10 minute walk.

The place were pretty tidy and the location were okay, approx 10min walk to the stations, surrounding building and people on the street can be bit sensitive to some (love hotels) otherwise it’s okay location if you want to enjoy night life at Shinjuku, plus a good location for taxi Uber riders from city center. The only downside is that they will want to clean your room after two days even if you wish not to.

Value for Money”
Room is small but normal size for Japan. It is very clean and our towels are being replaced everyday. However, this hotel is very close to the hospital. You will always hear the ambulance.

Great for a solo traveller (I had the double bed room). Very clean and quiet. The bathroom is quite cramped so if you’re used to a big toilet and a big bathtub/shower you’ll be in for a surprise. Overall this is great place to come back to and recharge at the end of the day.

Friendly staff with English, breakfast is wonderful with choices, order the same time with booking will be cheaper, 3$ more is not. Suprised a Korean area with food and shopping 3 minutes away. Call taxi by receptionist to Shinjuku Station only 1300 yen if you have 4-5 baggage’s.

If ever I’m back in Tokyo, I will stay here. So near Shinjuku and the hospital and the park. They provide free skin care products which we weren’t able to enjoy because we didn’t know about it. It’s by the receptionist.

Easy check in and out. Breakfast was always yummy. Clean towels, water bottles and others sent to your room every day and room is cleaned every other day of your stay. Rooms are small but good enough as the room was just needed for sleep lol. Would stay again!

I borrowed phone charger and clothing iron and they were provided for free. close to JR stations and restaurants. suggest to book a bigger room cause the one we got was to small. cannot open all luggages at the same time. In the heart of shinjuku / kabukicho!”
The hotel is basically is in the heart of shinjuku. A lot of bar, a lot of drunk people at night. My only problem is that it is next to hospital, so you will hear ambulance from time to time. Accessbility is super good, there are 4 stations in 10 mins walk. The area is a bit dirty since people will throw their empty beer cans on the ground. The room is small, your typical jaoanese hotel

Great place,quiet,cozy,rooms are small but efficiently designed.Staff are excellent and location is close to seven eleven,bars restaurants etc. We paid about $80 Australian dollars per night. Breakfast was another $15 all you can eat buffet. Overall good value and super clean and tidy. Winter in mid Feb we had snow falling and windy. Bring a warm coat!

Rooms are clean as well as the hallways. Location is its greatest advantage. A stone's throw away from restaurants and convenience stores. A good 10-minute walk from Shinjuku station and strip of malls.
