My husband and I just transited LHR from Manila to Salzburg and from Brussels back to Manila so I booked an overnight stay at Premier Inn LHR Terminal 4 on 11 Oct 2019 and on 26 Oct 2019. However, I inadvertently booked our 26 Oct 2019 hotel in Bath Road instead of Terminal 4. We arrived at Premier Inn LHR Term 4 close to midnight on 26 Oct and realized my mistake. But Bath Road understood our situation and agreed to cancel our booking without and charge. It's just that it is more convenient for us to stay at Premier Inn Term 4. Thank you.

This was our second visit following a 12 hour flight from the Far East. We checked-in late in the evening too late for an evening meal, but we very much enjoyed a good nights sleep and an excellent breakfast.

Very Convenient!”
Punctual & convenient shuttle bus from and to the airport, every half an hour that cost you £6, and kids ride for free. Buffet breakfast is adequate and taste good. There's Costa cafe in the lobby itself where you can dine in and a bar where you can watch football if you dont wanna miss any games. They also provide vending machines for cold drinks, ice cream & travelling kits.

Wonderful hotel near Airport. They helped us book a very early morning minicab for 03:00am in order to book-in on time for our flight. Excellent and helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant (well done Super Mario and team!).

Very near to Terminal 3 via Bus 111 and 105, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Have Restaurant, bar and Costa Coffee inside the hotel. Family room large with 1queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. Tq love the hotel

Decent hotel close to airport”
Booked at last minute due to flight issues, excellent value for money. Don't bother with the hoppabus, takes ages. Get a tfl bus or a taxi. Food was good at the bar. Room was basic bit clean and super comfortable bed.

The Premier hotels have 2 hotels by the same name nearby the Heathrow Airport. It is easy to be confused. The navigation application took me to the wrong one (although the picture of it was similar to the one that was shown at the AGODA web site when I made the order) and it took me a lot of time to reach the right Hotel . Please make a notice about it so that other guests will pay attention to the fact that this hotel chain has two properties by the same name nearby the airport.

Mold, lack of communication, failure to respond, chaotic instructions. ”
In booking I ask if there were an airport shuttle. The response was it was a non-smoking facility. The email response to the reservation was in adequate; there was no address provided. On upon arrival, I discovered there were three facilities with the same name. It cost $30 in a taxi to discover the one I had a reservation at. The next morning I bought a cinnamon muffin that had mold in it. And I advise the clerk on duty. she said it was not their fault; it was the fault of those who delivered it. That was supposedly a Starbucks outlet. The hotel offered another from the same batch as recompense. I declined it. I had to discover on my own there was an airport shuttle that runs every half an hour or so.

Really nice hotel and the staff were very helpful The only thing that I didn't like was the charge for the parking a day If they was to lower the parking charge then it be great for long-term.
