My family stayed here for 3 nights during the holiday on April 30, 2023, so we had a complete experience of all the services at this resort. The beach is beautiful and peaceful, with many clean and beautiful swimming pools, so it's not crowded when swimming. The sea view room is absolutely stunning, and all the staff in every department are friendly and enthusiastic. There's Linh at the check-in department who is very welcoming and helpful, resolving any difficulties for customers. The resort has many scenic spots, beautiful gardens, and lush green trees, making it perfect for taking beautiful photos. Especially, there's a spacious and beautiful kids club with many convenient games for children. There's also a yoga and boxing instructor, which is quite satisfying. In general, if you just want to relax and enjoy all the facilities of the resort, you don't need to go out much.

Best beach location in all of Phu Quoc Island. Ideally located near the airport away from the congested west coast side of the island. Close to markets and the Hon Thom Departure Terminal - Sun World Hon Thom Nature Park (Cáp Treo Hòn Thơm) The hotel features a very nice open space lobby and beautiful kept gardens and pools. The staff takes extra care to keep the grounds clean and safe it seems. Breakfast at this hotel is worth mentioning - from quick service in egg preparation to a hot bowl of pho, you will be fed well to start off your day. Make sure to try their wide assortment of fruits and juices and especially try their fried rice dishes each day. If coffee is your must have, I suggest requesting a cup of their artisal cappuccino. I recommend adding some condensed milk to make it extra luxurious. Did I mention that this hotel has the best beach in all of phu quoc? imagine the calmest sea in the morning and at night and imagine that it is natural salt water that is almost perfectly still where you can simply float away without any worry of drowning. The hotel considers the guests love to bath so towels are readily available poolside or by the lounge chairs on the beach. Just one note, bring bug spray and sun block. the mosquitoes on phu quoc are vicious and the sun is intense. This hotel features comfortable beds and a clubhouse where live music is offered on the weekends. For the price, this hotel is great value for the money. But depending on when you go, you may have to put some effort to getting the attention of the wait staff- especially in their club house. The staff really tries their best but sometimes they are just slow to respond. No worries. Remember you are at a resort so take your time and just chill. Speaking of chill, I know they have a very nice looking spa onsite so if you have aches and pains, i am sure they can take care of those issues.
