Upon confirmation of booking, PREMIER SUITES will forward their standard terms and conditions and important property information relating to your stay. Should you not receive this information within 24 hours of booking, please contact the apartments directly using the details supplied on your booking confirmation.
Reservations for 5 or more rooms will be considered a group booking. For these reservations, 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
Bookings made on the day require full payment at the time of booking.
A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.Please note if the booking is for the same day arrival the security deposit can only be paid by card along with photo ID in the same name as the cardholder.
A valid form of photo ID in the form of a driving license or passport will also be required at check-in.
Under no circumstances is an apartment to be sublet by the occupier. Failure to adhere to this will result in the occupant being evicted.
Office opening hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 09:00 to 21:00, Saturday 10:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 11:00 to 17:00. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform PREMIER SUITES Liverpool in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Premier Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
