                Hotel a 6 km del centro de burdeos. Sitio para aparcar autobuses. A 300 metros se encuentra el centro routier donde dispone de mucho aparcamiento para Autobuses y camiones, además hay un restaurante en el centro routier donde se come bien y barato. El personal de recepción muy amable. En general muy bien.

                Chambre avec de belles prestation rapport qualité prix mais en entrant ... Mobilier défectueux, cassé et mal entretenu, passablement propre et vétuste, matelas dur. Une bonne remise en état s'impose. J'aurai préférer rajouter 10€ et avoir une prestation équivalente.

                Mise a part la chambre qui etait pas très propre à mon goût, poussieres sur la fenêtre et les rideaux, avec des taches de moisissures sur le plapond de la salle de bain, et sur les joints de la cabine de douche, la cabine de douche vraiment petite pour doucher.                 La rénovation date certes un peu mais il y a surtout un ménage fait trop superficiellement dans la salle de bains. Chasse d'eau Wc qui fuit donc wc quasi inutilisable car pas de débit au niveau chasse d'eau.

                J'ai dormi à l'hotel car je passais un concours. Et bien je dois dire que l'accueil du personnel était top!! En particulier à la réception ou ils sont très gentils et souriants. Rien que pour cela, je recommande! :)

                Accueil à 2h30 du matin par une personne très sympa et non pas par un guichet automatique, c'est plutôt agréable. Aspect couloirs assez tristes, chambre correcte, salle de bain avec plafond taché et pas tres propre. Salle petit dej sympa, petit dej correct, manque juste du fromage.

                Il y avait une erreur sur la réservation et le personnel d'accueil, au lieu de négocier avec nous, nous a pratiquement mis à la porte en nous disant qu'on pouvait aller ailleurs si on le voulait. De plus, le ménage était mal fait.
