Very bad service. No one explains in an English as it is an international language. Specifically night staff very rude. I don't recommend anyone.

We waited outside for three hours before getting our rooms It would be fair if you would notify your client when their rooms would be ready before their departure to the hotel so they will not wait outside for that long

Small hotel far from noisy”

This is a nice small hotel which is located a little bit far from the center of Paris. But, we can use the public transportation to travel around the city, using Tram or Metro. There is a small bathroom, fit enough for my small body (i can't imagine for those who are big, hehe)

clean hotel”

clean room and cozy room, though the bathroom is really small. the staff will help you find direction to places you want to visit. The wifi for internet is so slow.

Acceptable”

We found that the rooms were far too small. Fire alarm system being installed, lots of drilling. We paid for two rooms and left after 1 night, hotel were unable to refund second night. I would not recommend if you have got a family

Small room and far from the city”

The room is very small, especially a bathroom. I couldnt shower because a plenty of water couldnt be drained well and i afraid the water would be leaked out from a tiny bathroom so i dressed up with a wet hair to inform a receptionist, she just left me wait with a wet hair and body for 5 mins among many guest around there because she was on a phone. After she finished from a phone call, she told me to wait again and call for another staff. They couldnt speak English at all so i communicated with them by body language and shown her about the water in my room. She offered me a dirty spare room for shower. No hair dryer, shampoo, lotion, drinking water. Just a plastic cup and tower provided.

Low budget hotel”

Not as advertised...bare minimum. The breakfast was very bare continental. AC units were filthy and didn't work..room was so hot. Has to open the window. Room smelt stale.

Pire Hotel”

Nous sommes arrivés à 13h45, l’eau était coupé à l’hôtel et une affiche informative indiquait que l’eau serait rétablie à 14h. 14h, l’eau n’a pas été remise. Je travaillais à 15h et je n’ai pas pu me rendre à mon lieu de travail à l’heure Nous avons attendus jusqu’à 15h30 sans eau pour réaliser une toilette, ni se doucher ni selaver les mains ni même tirer la chasse d’eau des sanitaires!! Les agents d’accueil ont étés exécrables envers nous Nous avons contacter le service client d’agoda, Le conseiller nous a en aucun a cru et ni même trouver une solution à notre problème!!!!

Rapport qualité prix correct ”

On ne sejourne pas dans ce genre d’hôtel pour le plaisir ou le tourisme. Juste pour y dormir quand on est de passage : Celui ci est propre, relativement calme et d’un rapport qualité prix imbattable.

O que economizei no preço, não vale a pena, pois gastei tudo com transporte e tempo de locomoção. Não deixaram toalhas no quarto, e o banheiro parece uma cápsula de tão pequeno.
