Reasonable hotel in Paris”
Hotels in Paris are ridiculously expensive for what you get, and I have stayed several (2-4 stars in the 5th, 6th, 9th, 1st arrondissement). This place is “cheap” for Paris standards. I booked this hotel for 1 night as a solo business traveler and just needed a place to sleep that was near La Défense. My room in Premiere Class was basic and small but clean and fine. It was not beautiful in any way but it was appropriate for the purpose of my stay, budget and my expectation from a hotel in Paris at this price. The bus station was just a minute walk away and there were some groceries and restaurants nearby.

Good option for budget travelers”
The location is very far from the center and public transport took so long to reach tourist attractions. I recommend tourists to stay around the town. Besides, the bathroom is very small like the train's bathroom. Nevertheless, the staff was nice with a great smile.

The hotel was good but didn't received good customer service. They tried to charge me twice the first night, and on the second day I was also charge twice for taxes.

I didnt know that this hotel located out of Paris downtown, so it is not convenience if you want to explore Paris as tourist, but if u are coming for work and ur office ard La Defense then its quite near only 2/3 stations away. Not for tourist (u should buy more expensive train ticket zone 1-5 instead of 1-3)

Not clean, staff not helpful ”
They didn't clean the room properly during our stay even when I told them this every single day. They kept promising to fix it and failed again and again. Our bathroom smelled weird and toilet broke, and we had to wait 24h to get it fixed. The website said we had complimentary breakfast but when we arrived, they said we have to pay for it. Breakfast was definitely not worth the price.

Insects in bed in 3 rooms... STAY AWAY”
I booked 3 nights in sept 2022 and there was tiny insects on the bed so they changed room. The new room was the same and finally the 3rd room too. I have got rash now on my body because of that hotel. Stay away!! IM BEING TRUTHFUL WORST STAY EVER!!!
