The grand deluxe room is great. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Hotel location is good, lotus is just next door and surrounded by many seafood restaurants. Buffet breakfast is good too. Overall, a very satisfied stay and would definitely book the same room same hotel for my next visit to Klang.

Comfortable stay”
A great stay. Had a course in HTAR so the location is close to the hospital. Comfortable bed and clean room. Satisfied with everything except the in room iron was on fire when I was ironing my clothes. Luckily my clothes was not caught on fire or I wont have clothes for my course. Called reception to report, however the staff who delivered the iron showed really unpleasant expression. Kinda ruined my mood for the night. Have no issue with other staffs tho. They were welcoming except that iron-delivering staff. Hope you can improve on that.

Front desk staff is superb especially Mr Redzuan..he is very concern about us,im booked the superior room which smaller for our family of four,he look at me and said "muat ke?" He upgraded for free to a bigger room which can be fitted for 6 person..tqsm..breakfast is good and hotel is well maintain n clean.
