We have booked few rooms at Resort Suites, all the other rooms have mineral water provided except this room. The owner didn't send us the check in details until we call to ask and the reason she gave was my booking is disappear from her app.

reply from owner was not immediate but she will reply. just need to be patient. love sunway pyramid hotel staff. eventhough ive booked under agent they still welcome me warmly. love2. location wise strategic interconnecting with sunway pyramid mall. downside : have to pay parking fee flat rate per night. fortunately for me, ive used my company car to send & fetch me.

-Location was great: attached to Sunway Pyramid Hotel and to the Mall, easy access to Sunway Lagoon. - Facilities that I appreciated was the Self-Service Laundry Machine washer and dryer, which was useful and cheap. - Had a bit of difficulty opening or operating the access to the door (needed to input some pin numbers) but afterwards I got the hang of it and then it was ok. - Room had a balcony with a great view of the Lagoon. - Kitchenette had almost everything you need, except maybe to add some tall drinking glass, as there were only small tea cups. - Bathroom was a bit dark with the lighting, maybe to change some lights with white light instead of the warm yellow, to make it look brighter and open. And to add some more floor rugs/mat for the water drips/splashes on the floor. - Host was prompt in replying messages and was also helpful with my door-accessing problem, even if it was already very late when we checked-in and arrived.
