View overlooking Prescott. Easy access. Large room/ double queen for very reasonable price. Casino next door, but didn’t attend so can’t say much about that. Misses some tech features like usb charging near or around bed.( had to use tv ) 5 min to downtown square.

24-25dec2022 room#532 thanks to Ms.DL for warm hospitality and welcome us in late night with a big smile. keep up the good work! old hotel old and “dirty” in-room coffee maker all is good. wil be better if have renovation to freshen up everything.

Will definitely stay here again. Was concerned because it’s a conference hotel but it was lovely and plenty of room quiet nice music on weekends.

This place is wonderful. The staff is super nice and accommodating with a special request I have when visiting. The rooms are clean and beautiful. This was our second visit and we will definitely be back!

Location”
The hotels location was great, good value. The hotel did lack in service in both restaurants we waited for a server. The rooms are older and could use a facelift. The maid service is similar to the restaurant service it’s lacking.

Lindsey at front desk is the best”
She went above and beyond upgraded my room to a suite with a nice view for my birthday she even offered me a late check out. I was taking a "momcation" and she made sure I was well taken of.

This hotel is sorely outdated. The staff is horribly inept and there is zero customer service. Stick with a chain hotel.

Spacious, clean rooms ”
It’s a big hotel with friendly staff and excellent amenities. One restaurant in expensive. The room did not have menus for room service or free bottled water which was a shame. Overall it was a beautiful hotel and I would stay here again
