Jeff Lee
Senior Vice President, Customer Experience Group
Jeff Lee is the Senior Vice President of the Customer Experience Group (CEG) at Agoda, where he leads a global workforce of in-house and outsourced partners serving Agoda’s customers, suppliers, and partners.
Since joining Agoda in 2014, Jeff has served in a variety of leadership roles. Prior to his current position in CEG, he managed Business Development across the Greater China region. Before that, he also served as Agoda’s Chief People Officer, where he led a human capital transformation, implementing modern systems and tools and driving a shift toward more data-driven people approaches.
Before joining Agoda, Jeff was a consultant with McKinsey & Company, following his service in the U.S. Government as a diplomat and trade negotiator.
He holds an MBA and an MA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MA and a BA from Stanford University. Jeff speaks Mandarin Chinese and has significant experience across Asia, having grown up in Singapore and worked throughout the region.
