first the owner was so friendly and kind :) then, the accommodation was clean and wide, and near to city. all the equipments also working well. overall, it's perfect for staying there with our big family.

for those who coming to Kota Bharu for food hunting this is the best accommodation. we are family of 8 stay comfortably in this unit. we just walk every morning to Pasar Siti Khadijah to buy breakfast. host is very nice to deal with. will definitely choose this unit again in future.

1. check in process not convenience, have to wait for another residences to open the door for us to access with the house keys. 2. cleanliness poor. kitchen area not clean well. 3. being accused for the damage done by previous guest. when we arrived, the microwave already broke. no proper standard flow being carried out, have to investigate precisely first.

A lot of dust and flead surrounding at homestay 's rooms and sofa, water heater, TV no functioning, got rubbish under the beds , totally no do cleaning before guests check in, disappointed for the staying and poor service!!!

Clean and big house suitable for big family”
Pros - location near to main attractions, overlooking the river. The house is exactly as per the photos, well kept and cleanly decorated. Swimming pool was so-so and operates from 10am-7pm. Host was very helpful and attentive. Cons - not the owner's fault but wanna highlight to those driving big car. spiral parking ramp is difficult for big car to move. We use starex so u could imagine going up and down that thing everytime. So we end up parking the car at the gf behind the apartment, and luckily its free parking. Should provide trash basket at kitchen.

Need to pay deposit. Only 1 car park available. Water heater in the 2nd bathroom is not working & the kitchen sink leaked. We have informed the owner about this issues. Shower works great & the bed is comfy.

マンションの１室を持っているオーナーが部屋を提供するという驚きの仕組みでした。前日にメッセージがきて、入室方法が案内されました。 部屋は広くてきれいでした。ゴミは片付けないといけないかと思います。 上層階なので眺望はきれいでした。
