3 Nights
We stayed here because everything else was fully booked over holiday season. It was comfortable, dry and spacious. There was sufficient parking and it wasn't too noisy, even on the ground floor. However, it was quite expensive; about P10,000 per night (the price of a pretty nice hotel room) but there's no daily servicing and you have to take your rubbish out when you leave. Compared with a hotel the check in and out is more complicated too. But for a family it's a nice place to stay where you are left alone. I would stay here again but only if I can't get a nice hotel.

The condo was very clean and good location!!! Staff was great!!! I
It’s just that the other room was meant to be for children ... I was travelling with my husband and my sister in law with husband... so, we end up staying in the children’s room...

upon arrival there is no one available to assist
When we arrive, there is no one in the front desk. Office staff are also unaccommodating. We need to call and wait for apartment caretaker.

Feels like home!
It's our first time to try a serviced apartment and we didn't regret anything about it. Our stay here in the 2 bedroom suite was very pleasant as we didn't feel we were away from home. It was clean and everything we needed was there and even had a water dispenser provided with clean drinking water. The welcome was also great as Ms Zeny explained everthing we needed to know about the facilities. She was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely choose this place again when we go back to Baguio for a family weekend getaway.

Very good
It's a nice place; closer to the center and the staff was very accommodating. The only thing that I dont like is that we were the one to throw our trash to their garbage or dump area at the ground floor. It was our first experience as a guest that we have to clean out all the garbage from all the trash cans in all the area and then put them all in one garbage plastic. We need to bring it down during or before our check out. If not, then we were fine or charged at least Php 500.00. As long as we dont leave the room or apartment messy and very untidy and all trash are in the garbage, we're all set to leave. This is the experience we had all of the hotels or apartments where we previously stayed in we Isn't this part of the housekeeping responsibility of the hotel/apartment owner?

Location and Price is ok but BELLE the "MANAGER" was so awful and unprofessional
Aesthetically, the property was adequate. The location was also ok. The price was actually impressive. The major turn off was the so called "MANAGER" BELLE. She was very unprofessional and seemed like she has no idea how to handle client concerns. When I entered the reception area to check in, no one was on the desk. I had to look for someone and found the architect (who has nothing to do with the property, but has an office right by the building). He gave me the contact number to call. When I did, BELLE's mobile rang. She was sitting by the lounge where clients should be accommodated. She was gossiping with another staff. When I approached her, she just rudely asked for the voucher I had. She didn't even stand up. She also said she tried to call me to confirm my arrival but I showed her my call logs to see there were no missed calls. She dismissed the topic. I am also very displeased with how she handled our concerns when there was a power interruption. I was asking what are the provisions for it and she just said "Eh ano naman ang gusto niyong gawin ko jan?" She also didn't give me a receipt for the additional heads I paid for. All in all, good property, really awful service. If you want to salvage this business, please please hire better staff, preferably with breeding.

Facilities and Furniture -- very bad-!
We stayed in 5-bedroom apartment no. 302. Although it is quite impressive at the beginning -- good ventilation, good view but they fail terribly in the details. The sofa is worn out, you sink slowly when you seat down and you can feel the wooden planks in the interior. It is dangerous when kids accidentally jump on them. It is very uncomfortable when one lies down. The rattan sofas in the terrace have holes on the arm - very uncomfortable as well.. the kitchen cabinets are not working properly. Kitchen utensils are very limited and are old. It is not guest friendly apartment -- they have a sort of laundry area but no provision for drying wet towels or underpants.. the Wifi is good but the TV cable connection is kaput - very bad connection hence the screen display is really bad. Two bathrooms are quite ok but one bathroom has hanging electric cable waiting to be plugged -- this is a behavioral safety and it is better that this is detached from the toilet bowl. If you stay only for three nights there is no cleaning service -- this was not specifically mentioned in the description. The host, Ms Bhelle, is highly recommended but not the apartment. On a scale of 10, I will give perfect score to Ms Bhelle and low mark of 3 for the apartment. There are definitely much nicer place to stay in Baguio than the Hanbi Mansions.!!!! The 5bedroom apartment is on the 3rd floor hence challenging for elderlies, PWD and heavy luggages.
